Romantische Whg. in ruhiger Lage

Die Wohnung wurde 2023 neu renoviert/saniert. Früher war das Denkmalgeschütze Gebäude ein Pferdestall. Dadurch hat das Gebäude einen ganz besonderen Charme. Unser alter Bauernhof ist sehr ruhig. Man hat die Möglichkeit direkt am See spazieren zu gehen oder im Wald ein bisschen frische Luft zu schnappen. Ein Spielplatz für die Kinder ist auch da. Unsere Lage ist ideal gelegen. Wir sind genau in der Mitte von Hamburg und Lüneburg (jeweils 20km entfernt). Bahnhof vorhanden Wir freuen uns auf Euch

Es wurde 2024 saniert und verfügt über ein geräumiges Wohnzimmer, eine neue Küche mit Kühl-Gefrierkombination sowie 4 Schlafzimmern mit 1,20 m breiten Betten und 1 Schlafzimmer mit 1,60 m breitem Bett. Eine große Südterrasse mit Grill und ein Garten laden zum Entspannen ein.

Handgefertigte Holzarbeiten und liebevoll ausgewählte Möbelstücke schaffen eine ganz besondere Atmosphäre. Die FeWo wurde 2024 komplett saniert. Die Ursprünglichkeit des denkmalgeschützten Hofes wurde bewusst beibehalten, um die ländlich-nostalgische Atmosphäre zu bewahren.
