The duplex apartment is located directly on the picturesque Lake Teupitzer. The modern residential building was completed in 2017 and thus lives up to the highest housing standards. Immediate shopping about 50 m to Edeka, bakery, beverage market, hairdresser, physiotherapy and pharmacy, as well as 3 restaurants... Best connections to the Spreewald and to Berlin, the Tropical Island is about 30 minutes drive away (to the A10 it is about 5 minutes) ... Also great connection to Poland to the market stroll ( about 35 minutes highway)
