Very comfortable spot. Kitchen is very spacious. The barbacoa tacos 🌮 across street from the Pemex were hitting.

Checking in was easy and flexible. Apartment looked just like the photos. It was clean. The sofa was already made when I arrived, which I really appreciated. I also took advantage of the outdoor terrace. It was nice to sit outside for some fresh air. The shower pressure was a little weak, but it's not a deal breaker — it’s also understandable. I'll likely check here first for any future visits. It's in a nice location.

My contact person was Mr. Adolfo from message #1 he replied right away in a very nice way. Also, he was flexible with my check intime, I got there early in the morning and around 6:00am I texted Mr. Adolfo asking if we can leave the lagauge and he replied back in seconds and he let us in. It is very nice place, clean and with all the services in good condition. I am going to rate him with 5 ⭐️.

Table ware was good. Cooking pots and pans in poor shape. No way to light gas stove had to go buy a cigarette lighter to light stove eyes so we could cook! Lift lighter there for next person. Place was nice and very clean! Need larger trash cans, very noisy. Dog barking all the time, and street noise! Place was very convenient for us!

It is as it appears in the photos. Everything was very clean. All the appliances work well. It has everything you need for your stay, water, soap, shampoo, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, blender. I recommend it.

The rooms are very beautiful and it is very quiet, everything you need to rest and it was close to everything. I would definitely come back when I'm in Guadalajara.

10/10 Very comfortable location, close to the parian, very good location if you don't want to struggle for ubers and buses. Food, entertainment, bars, clubs, restaurants, and everything the magical town of Tlaquepaque has to offer is within walking distance. I didn't struggle to ask for ubers to the airport at 3am and it only cost me 150 pesos. The apartment has 24/7 security and is very safe, clean and nice It has everything. 100% recommended

I liked the apartment, in all its aspects, the host's service, always attentive and super attentive. Mexico City area, I love having Costco, Sams, Walmart, Starbucks, etc. nearby I recommend the tortas ahogadas from "Doña Susy" which is very close to the apartment

Brenda is an excellent host. She was very responsive and helpful during my stay. The views from the apartment were 10/10 and the amenities were great! It was very clean and comfortable. The apartment was very secure. We felt very safe staying there. There’s staff in the lobby and parking garage security. This will be my go to airbnb when I’m in Guadalajara. So don’t over book it! Just kidding, it’s a great place in a good location. I definitely recommend it.
