Excellent apartment and communication with Laura. I really liked the location, plenty of transportation and close to tourist places, you can walk to the La Boca neighborhood. Also, the very friendly concierges gave me an introduction to the different services in the building. If I were to go back to Buenos Aires, I would go back to this place 👍

We had a wonderful stay at Jean and Fernando's apartament. The place has everything you need for a lovely stay. The building has great amenities - swimming pool, gym, laundry- and loclocated in the best neighborhood of Buenos Aires, close to bars, restaurants, museums, and beautiful parks. Strongly recommended!

Ale and his team were kind and great communicators! The apartment is well decorated, thoughtful touches, and spacious for 2 people. Most of the things we had issue with were outside of Ale’s control and he did an amazing addressing it. Something to note is the hallways on the floor have a very strong cigarette smell and the neighbors dogs barking all day. Ale made every effort to make sure the smells didn’t get into the apartment which is nice, but if you’re sensitive to smells it would be an issue going in and out of the apartment. In general Ale is a VERY kind host and the unit is a VERY good choice, after all it comes with breakfast !

Everything is great! The room is wonderful, very nice bed, great! Everything as described in the listing, great location, very safe and beautiful, the hostess is very kind and dear. adrian was a fantastic host, flexible with the check out, left some drinks and snacks. without hesitation stay here. the rooftop view is probably one of the best. the sauna, heated pool, outside pool, gym. Not to mention a quick walk up Peru street for many restaurants and coffee shops

The apartment is in an excellent location, which makes it easy to visit several tourist places in Buenos Aires, including, of course, the obelisk. Very organized apartment, and the balcony and its beautiful view make it completely worth it. It can be enjoyed at any time. I didn't consider it necessary to have constant communication with the host, but the time I did, his response wasn't that quick, I'd say improve in that regard. Overall, I DO recommend Martin's accommodation

Andrea communicated and was super responsive from the start! He took care of every detail of the stay. The apartment is as shown in photos. I would add an electric kettle to heat water, but otherwise it is a 10/10. Accessible, many buses and subways nearby and with many supermarkets within walking distance. I would definitely go back, thanks Andre!

The place is nice and has everything you need to stay for several days. The hosts are friendly and responsive. The location is good, but you should consider that you need to use public or private transportation to get to the tourist sites. Also, the neighborhood where it is located should be taken into account.

This is now my go to place to stay in Buenos Aires. Perfectly clean, close to everything, and well stocked. I felt like I was at a hotel because there was breakfast available every morning in the lobby. Their security team is awesome too. Angel was super responsive and there was nothing missing that I might have needed at any point. It was AWESOME.

The property is brand new, attractive, and well-furnished, with a full kitchen for long stays. The internet was great, as were the neighbors and building security. The floor-to-ceiling windows provide sunlight and a partial city view. There is a fully stocked grocery store downstairs, a bakery, and a separate fruit and vegetable store.

It has a beautiful pool that can be seen from the room, a gym, and what we liked the most was that it has a very nice terrace with barbecues so we could enjoy a barbecue🙌🏽. Well located, with a very helpful staff, the only thing is the Internet router with horrible speed, if I didn't have cellular Internet, I would be without communication. The solution they gave was to turn it off and on again, and even then there was no solution.

I highly recommend this duplex! It’s right in the heart of San Telmo and is about a 5-minute walk to the San Telmo Market. The duplex was exactly as described in the original listing. It was clean and spacious. Due to the floor-to-ceiling windows, there was a lot of natural sunlight in the space, which I loved. There was also 24-hour security, and the security guards were very kind. If you are ever in Buenos Aires, this is the place to stay!!

It is a clean, comfortable space with everything you need. As if you were at home. Also, you can't hear any noise se la calle. The terrace is quite a spacious and also nice space. I had to arrive very early in Buenos Aires and Lorena was very understanding and flexible with my check-in and check-out times. 100% recommended. The only thing to take into account is that at night it is quite alone, then out of caution I suggest getting to the place by Uber.

Very good experience! Dario and Cristina welcomed us kindly in the house, they showed us how everything works and were always attentive. The house is even bigger and more beautiful than what's shown in the photos. It has many amenities to live in, and is very well maintained. It is very close to the Train Station and the neighborhood is very quiet. I would definitely come back!

Very clean and tidy. The kitchen was fully kitted out and included the supply of teas, coffees, cleaning products etc. Bathroom was provided with shampoo and soaps with plenty of hot water for showers. Washing machine on the upper floor had washing products with access to a balcony for drying clothes or could be used for external dining ( 4 chairs and table provided). Enjoyable stay.
