We stayed in spite of problems with the gas resulting in no hot water. Lucia offered a refund or a steep discount. We opted for the discount and we have no regrets. The terrace and views are more than worth the slight inconvenience since we could still heat up water with the kettle and microwave. Highly recommend.

The location is wonderful! The perfect environment for two people, it was raining a lot during the stay, so the comfort of the space helped make the stay pleasant! Always a great stay. I've stayed before and this time I stayed 2 weeks and extended a 3rd. Very nice balcony, washer (no dryer), big fridge and grill. Everything you need and great hosts.

Excellent apartment. Easy and fast communication. Very well located, close to the center of Palermo soho, but not in the middle to the point of being bothered by noise, and also close to the Plaza Italia subway. The food options nearby are great and we were very well received. The apartment is spacious, identical to the photos, and is very well maintained. The balcony is great and the blackout completely covers the morning sun - which is great, especially on cold days, lifting the curtain saves lives. And in the heat, the blackout keeps you safe. The balcony is great and spacious, good for relaxing. All the necessary utensils are there, so you don't need to buy anything. The building's pool is great too. I highly recommend it and will certainly return if I have the opportunity!

Great accommodation, the instructions were clear and we even received the keys a little before check-in time since we arrived early. Good experience and a very good location. We would definitely repeat it!

Great place for those who go in group. It comfortably accommodates about 12 people. The house has a backyard with a barbecue that is charming and very useful for rainy days and lunch with the guys. It has three bathrooms with hot water (one in a suite) and working perfectly. There's a supermarket almost on the corner. Anyway, the house was a comfort for everyone. I'd definitely come back if I needed a big place to stay. I loved it!

Lilian was a wonderful host! She provided recommendations, was accommodating to our check-in/check-out needs, and even setup a dryer for us to use. The house was a great space for a group of seven. The location was awesome- so close to restaurants, Plaza Serrano, and more!

Amazing stay!!! I highly recommend Lucas's place. Perfect location, walkable everywhere, gorgeous home, high ceilings (the place is bigger than in photos when it is usually the opposite!!!) And the patio is AMAZING! Spent so much time up there. Spent a full month and could truly have moved there. The only thing I would note is the stairs going up to the balcony dont have a railing (brutalist style which I really liked, never felt unsafe) so if you have little kids or have poor balance that may be a safety risk. Otherwise no issues!

Very nice Airbnb. Definitely worth the price. It is super clean and modern. There is a balcony and tow bathrooms. The kitchen is great. You are perfectly able to prepare meals. Another great thing about the accommodation is the rooftop. You can enjoy the sunset and in the summer you can even the swimming pool.

The apartment is comfortable, it was missing some kitchen utensils. The only uncomfortable thing was the first day we arrived, they were just fixing the front and you could hear the hammering a lot, but then it got better. Thanks to Alejandra's good attitude, we were able to enter before the announced time, which is very valuable when traveling with elderly people who are waiting for a medical appointment.
