This was one of the best apartments I've had in 5 years in Buenos Aires. Check-in was very flexible and there was never a problem with communication. It's an older building with apartments on each side of a walkway. The apartment is bright and organized like a 'U' around an uncovered outdoor patio. The apartment has high ceilings, some exposed brick walls and there are doors from the patio to each of the rooms in the apartment. The bedroom and loft are both spacious though not separated with doors, which wasn't a problem for me (or my son when he visited). Sheets & towels were changed weekly. The kitchen is small but practical. The bathroom is in a room off of the patio and wasn't a problem for me. Within short distances there are super markets, green markets and friamberias, as well as cafes and restaurants. I had a great stay without any problem and recommend the apartment.

I recommend renting with María Eugenia, I had never come to the silver, and renting here was my first impression. This house is located in an excellent area, very quiet and I felt safe at least throughout my stay. Maria Eugenia always provided me with her help and attentive to my doubts regarding the city. Quiet atmosphere and if you like animals it's perfect for you! Just like at home 🏠

The villa is very well equipped, in a very quiet area and is ideal for relaxing with the family. The pool is undoubtedly the best. The land is spacious and despite the fact that we were touched by some rainy days, Sergio was always aware that we have everything you need to have a good stay and always with good predisposition.

Thank you Facundo for having us at your place. We were right at home. We spent days of sun and pool and rainy days playing in the gallery. We rest and enjoy the park. Spotless Omtido and the larger space than we thought - both the park and the interior. We'll be back soon !!!

The stay was excellent. We stayed 40 days with my family (which includes a child and a baby) and the house was very comfortable and practical for us. It had everything needed for a long stay and the location is very good, in a quiet neighborhood and close to the different points of interest. Communication with Rosario during the reservation was very quick and easy. In addition to all the above, we must highlight the quality of Emilio as a host. At all times she cared that we were comfortable and always responded quickly and with a very good predisposition to any questions. He and his wife and child also helped us with issues that were not linked to the accommodation, demonstrating great solidarity and human warmth. We have been to so many AirBNBs in different places in the world and we have never had such outstanding hosts. We would definitely stay there again.

Tano was an excellent host, attentive and proactive, he solves problems, he is a good conversationalist. The location is definitely excellent, close to the best bars and restaurants in San Telmo. the apartment is safe and private. If you like old places, with style and history, it's a good place. air conditioned heating is enough to heat the second screen. If I come again, I will definitely come to the same place.

The place is very nice, excellent location, Alexis answered my questions very quickly and it is a benefit that it has a garage. The best thing is the panoramic view of the city by day and night. I definitely recommend it.

Very clean and tidy. The kitchen was fully kitted out and included the supply of teas, coffees, cleaning products etc. Bathroom was provided with shampoo and soaps with plenty of hot water for showers. Washing machine on the upper floor had washing products with access to a balcony for drying clothes or could be used for external dining ( 4 chairs and table provided). Enjoyable stay.

Beautiful apartment! As shown in the photos. Comfortable, bright, excellent cleanliness, order and equipment. Its balcony terrace is unusually spacious, with a clear view of buildings. Located in the heart of B.Aires. Although it is a very busy area, the apartment is peaceful, without annoying noises, allowing you to rest at any time of day. In the surrounding area you can find countless excellent restaurants, bakeries and rotisseries/delibery. Within a five-block radius, there are supermarkets, top-brand stores, shopping, and a movie theater complex. The area is very busy and safe. It is very well connected (buses, subway) with which you can access any tourist or point of interest in the Capital (Plaza de Mayo, microcentro, Corrientes Street, Colón Theater, Recoleta, etc.) Finally, I must highlight and thank Norma for her good predisposition, kindness and trust. Everything was impeccable. We'll choose it again, no doubt!!
