Serviced apartment vacation rentals in Tolosa

We lived in these apartments for a month and a half. It has everything for a long stay. The apartments are located in a house with a locked entrance and intercom. The hosts were friendly and accommodating. The location is very convenient, a couple of hundred meters to the subway. Close to San Jose and Independencia avenues. Many supermarkets and small shops with meat, fish and vegetables. Near cheap paid guarded parking.

Das Appartment könnte nicht besser liegen - mitten in San Telmo. Es ist ein kleines Zuhause, sehr persönlich. Agustina beantwortet jede Frage und kümmert sich um jede Bitte. Wir alle haben uns sehr, sehr wohl gefühlt.

Estuvimos 2 noches con mi marido y mi hijo pequeño. El departamento es muy cómodo y esta bien ubicado. Bien equipado para una estadía corta. Todo perfecto. Lo unico a mensionar es que el balcon es muy inseguro para niños, pero el anfitrion nos lo hizo notar ni bien llegamos al departamento para que tuvieramos cuidado. Volveria a reservarlo sin dudas.

I had the pleasure to stay at Karin’s Hotel during my recent tango trip to Buenos Aires. Karin’s Hotel is an excellent place for tango travellers/nomads. It is near where most milongas happen and far enough from the centre crowd and noise. It also has most services needed around (Groceries, Kioscos, Pastry, hairdresser, dry cleaning etc.) The metro station is around the street, on the same “cuadra” and connects to most neighbourhoods you want to visit by the subway during the day. The bus station is on the same street too. Karin’s guesthouse is perfect for those who wish to have privacy while enjoying social moments with other travellers. You get to connect with other guests at the patio downstairs, in the living space “salon”, where you can dance too.. plus the rooftop with an open kitchen connecting two terraces from each side. Also, Karin and the team were very caring about my stay. They were tuned to my experience and made me feel at home. A great experience! Thank you

I enjoyed my time at Dorita’s. She is an outstanding host and was highly responsive. The team at the building - led by Eduardo - was also very helpful and responsive. If you stay longer than one week, you may want to inquire about Dorita’s housekeeper. I paid for her to come and she did a great job. The area is walkable and close to a very nice park.

Alejandro was a wonderful host who was very attentive to everything. Will definitely book again when in Buenos Aires.

Tuve un Congreso en la Facultad de Cs. Económicas y el departamento me resultó super cómodo para trabajar, cercano a la facultad y en una muy linda zona de comidas, bares y a muchas líneas de colectivo. Super recomiendo el alojamiento!

amo quedarme en este departamento! viajo mucho por trabajo, y cada vez que voy me siento como en casa. Me reciben siempre con una sonrisa y amabalidad las personas de seguridad al darme las llaves, las anfitrionas siempre me preguntan y se anticipan a mi llegada, el depto es hermoso, huele tan rico! es un placer de verdad hospedarme ahi. El alojamiento de Laura es tal cual la publicación, es un espacio bonito, con todo lo necesario para la estadía. El edificio es moderno y seguro. Laura siempre estuvo pendiente de nuestra llegada y atenta a nuestras necesidades. Todo muy bien!

Excelente comunicación, Gustavo muy atento. El lugar está muy bien ubicado, vale lo que cuesta. Lo recomiendo y volvería definitivamente.

A hospedagem da Dona Ana foi a melhor experiência Airbnb que já tive. O atendimento imediato, a recepção com alfajores, as toalhas macias e o ar de limpeza e aconchego do apartamento são impecáveis. Localizado em uma travessa tranquila da principal avenida de Buenos Aires, o apartamento garante paz e silêncio. Os equipamentos são modernos, e as roupas de cama, travesseiros e colchão proporcionam noites de descanso perfeitas após as caminhadas pela cidade. O banheiro é limpo, claro, com água quente abundante e detalhes como um excelente sabonete. Dona Ana demonstra verdadeiro cuidado e dedicação em receber, tornando a estadia ainda mais especial. De todos os locais que utilizamos na cidade nesta viagem, este foi, sem dúvida, o melhor. Recomendo fortemente! Dona Ana... sem palavras,Sra é ótima.

adrian was a fantastic host, flexible with the check out, left some drinks and snacks. without hesitation stay here. the rooftop view is probably one of the best. the sauna, heated pool, outside pool, gym. Not to mention a quick walk up Peru street for many restaurants and coffee shops

Hermoso apartamento para pasar con tu pareja o si estas en un viaje de trabajo, muy cerca del puerto si vienen desde Uruguay con Colonia Express, la estación de trenes a una cuadra facilito el transporte muchísimo.

Un très bon séjour passé à Buenos Aires avec ma copine. Le logement est dans une grande résidence avec service de sécurité 24h/7, accès à la terrasse et à la piscine sur le toit. Le logement était idéal, propre, confortable, décoré avec bon goût, très bien situé au centre de Buenos Aires. Petits soucis au niveau du wi-fi mais rapidement compensé, mention spéciale aux hôtes qui ont été très disponibles et réactifs. J’ai également eu la possibilité de profiter de la conciergerie pour laisser mon bagage plusieurs heures après notre départ. Bref tout était parfait nous recommandons vivement ! Merci à vous

I have stayed in this apartment two years in a row. Great location and away from the major heavy traffic roads in the area so it is quiet. I also love the balcony w/ the table set up which allowed me to eat breakfast outside during nice weather days. Nice building with nice neighbors. Also two AC units in the apartment to keep me cool during the hotter / humid days. Overall, a great experience during my last two stays in the last year. The host was very easy to reach and friendly.

Nano fue un excelente anfitrión, siempre carismático y dispuesto a ayudar en cualquier circunstancia. El departamento es muy amplio y cómodo, es silencioso y tiene un bello jardín con parrilla y plantas. A cuatro cuadras del subte A. La próximidad con parques es muy buena y también que se encuentran súpermercados junto al edificio. Realmente fue un gusto pasar en este departamento, se sentía mucho como en casa.

Un hermoso monoambiente ubicado a metros de la plaza central, y sitios históricos de la ciudad, además de tener todo cerca, subte y colectivos. Con seguridad 24 hs nos sentimos muy cómodos en las instalaciones, realmente impecable. Ansiosos de poder volver pronto. Jorgelina atenta y con instrucciones muy claras nos hizo muy fácil la llegada y el acceso al departamento.

Encantada con el lugar, muy cómodo y central , el apartamento es moderno completamente equipado con todo lo necesario, las anfitrionas muy atentas y muy queridas, 100% recomendado, excelente atención.

Estuvo muy bien. El departamento es amplio. El Living y el dormitorio también separados. Ideal para una estadía cómoda. Los anfitriones muy amables.

Wow well where do I start with first saying that if I could give more than 5 starts I would absolutely do that. Jennifer and Orlando are amazing hosts and I strongly recommend their place as the place to stay when visiting Buenos Aires. So much to do, so many things to see which I stayed 3 months and still didn't see everything. Both are amazing individuals that are very responsive, attentive, accommodating and everything else in between. They provided guidance on so many things while I was there and I can honestly say that I established a friendship. Hands down I would stay with Jennifer and Orlando when I come back to Buenos Aires.

The apartment is very well located. I walked to the park many times. There are buses and public services at short distance. Everything was perfect. I will come back for sure. Natalia thank you, you are a great host.
