This cozy living space has everything you need to make you feel at home- Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, queen size bed, a full and twin bed, and a full kitchen. Parking is available for 2 cars. Although this is a fully separate unit, there is a unit next door with a shared wall to this AirBnb.

Cozy Jacksonville Cottage

This cozy, rustic one bedroom cottage (325 sq. ft.) is just a 15 min. walk from downtown Jacksonville (3/4 mile) and 30 min. from Ashland. It has private parking, on the property. The owner is happy w/ pets in the cottage, but needs to know in advance that a pet is coming (maximum 35lbs) too. There isn't a full kitchen but it has a kitchenette with sink, fridge, microwave, hot plate and coffee maker, so cooking basics won't be a problem. Relax in the outside patio in the summer.

Important note on directions: Google Maps has recently been directing guests to the neighboring property with a brown gate. Our entrance is just less than 100 yards south of that, and our gate is open and silver. Please make sure to check the house numbers carefully — we are directly on Old Stage Road.
