10 out of 10 best Airbnb we have been too while here in Japan for 4 people. We loved the extra amenities. Felt right at home. Would definitely recommend to my family and friends! Convenient location as well. We will definitely come back to this location again.

Awesome Place, location was everything! Close to everything, steps from stores, restaurants, subway, bus stop. Anything you need is just outside. Place is big enough for a couple, you have everything you need. Elevator is right there next to the door. I highly recommend this place.

We loved staying here. It’s right around the corner from the bus stop. It’s also on a relatively quiet street at night, but still very close walking distance to food and some night life. We came with two young kids and forgot a stroller. Fortunately, the place had a stroller and other amenities for parents with young kids. Makoto communicated proactively and also provided very clear instructions in English and with pictures which helped us check in very quickly. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again if given the opportunity.

We had a great stay. Conveniently located 2mins from the metro and within minutes of nice coffee shops. Recommend for a short stay in Tokyo.

Our family of 4 (2 teens, 2 adults) fit nicely in the space. All amenities we needed were included especially AC and washer/dryer. There were enough outlets for everyone’s charging cables. We were close to two train stations and in the not too busy area of Shinagawa yet close enough to walk to convenience stores and shopping areas. Train rides to tourist areas took between 30-1 hr or you can take the taxi which took half the time but was expensive compared to a train. We spent so much time going to tourist areas, we missed out on exploring more of this wonderful city. We would definitely stay at this Airbnb again!

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt in Weikos Apartment. Die Lage ist super, man erreicht alle tolle Straßen und Sehenswürdigkeiten in Shibuya zu Fuß. Die Wohnung war groß, sehr sauber und wir haben uns direkt sehr wohlgefühlt. Unsere Tochter fand die Mario Kuscheltiere klasse. Vielen herzlichen Dank für diesen tollen Aufenthalt Weiko! ☺️

DVD／BluRayの再生機器はあるかを尋ねた時に一度ないと言われて諦めかけましたが、用意をしていただけて本当にありがとうございました！お陰様でみんなで見たかった映画が見れて大変楽しかったです。サブスクにないものだったので助かりました。 住居は広く快適で、寝室とリビングが１階2階でわかれていたため各々のペースで休めることもできました。お風呂▪️シャワーと別にあり清潔で素晴らしい宿でした。 テレビがリビング（椅子と長机）の方にもあるとより最高でした！

The house was fantastic—spacious, clean, and perfect for our group of 8. It's located in a quiet residential neighborhood, just a short and easy walk to the train station, which made getting around very convenient. The host was incredibly responsive and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend!

Awesome home with short walk to Hiroo Station and small park nearby for the kiddos to run around and play. The home and amenities exceeded our expectations, for example, kitchen was equipped with cooking supplies and bathroom had quality products. Also, the kids had fun playing with the legos and play-kitchen. Highly recommend!

I was very pleased with the location. The house was private enough and yet close to the train station and restaurants. Walking from the house to the train station was a joy due to all the restaurants and convenience stores on the way. I highly recommend this place, and I would highly consider staying here again on my next trip to Japan. Rika and her team did a great job communicating with me before, during, and after my stay.

Definitely worth renting the airbnb,me &my friends book this place in May for 6 nights. Undoubtedly, this is one of the best place we have ever been to. The facilities are look brand-new and all functional. The house owner also reply in no sec, giving clear instructions to every questions we inquired. The location is also amazing since there are tons of convenience stores nearby. The only downside is that the plug locations are not that convenient and may cause some problem. But overall, the pros, with no doubt, outweigh the cons!

家族で数泊させていただきました。新築ということもあって、どこもとても清潔で気持ちよく過ごせました。部屋ごとに少しずつ雰囲気が違っていて、インテリアもおしゃれで落ち着ける空間でした。 子連れにとってありがたかったのが、ベビーチェアやベビーベッド、おもちゃなどが揃っていたこと。荷物を減らせたし、子どもも飽きずに遊べて、親としてはかなり助かりました。キッチンや洗濯機などの家電も一通り揃っていて、滞在中のちょっとした家事もスムーズにできました。 広さも十分にあって、家族みんながそれぞれくつろげるスペースがあったのもよかったです。リビングでご飯を食べたり、夜は早めに寝かしつけたりと、生活のリズムをあまり崩さずに過ごせたのが個人的には嬉しかったポイントです。 駅からは徒歩圏内で、周辺にスーパーや飲食店も多く、滞在中の買い物や食事には困りませんでした。浅草やスカイツリーにもアクセスしやすく、観光と生活のバランスがちょうどよかったです。 ホストの方との連絡もとてもスムーズで、こちらの質問にも丁寧に対応していただき、安心感がありました。家族連れには本当におすすめできる宿です。また東京に来る機会があれば、ぜひまた利用したいです。

Kengo responded to all our inquiries promptly. His home is reasonably priced. Our family of 8 had a comfortable stay. The family mart across the street helped our late night cravings. Thank you for your hospitality.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour à Tokyo dans ce logement situé dans le quartier d’Ikebukuro. La description et les photos sont bien fidèles. Tout s’est bien passé : mention spéciale à son hôte qui est très réactif si vous avez la moindre question !

This was our first Airbnb in Japan and it started off the trip well. 5 full size beds in 3 bedrooms was great for privacy. Mattresses are on the firm side. It's in the middle of K-town so lively and exciting, but on Monday night, I could hear people and k-pop playing until 4 am. Luckily I enjoy the music and was so jet-lagged, I slept through most of it. There's a filtered water dispenser, which is very nice for filling reusable bottles for the day and not having to worry about buying from the store. There's a couple hosts and the one who was in charge of communication during the trip was very responsive, even when I messaged at 7 am (sorry!) The dining table was nice to eat quick meals at and a Lawson is right around the corner. The shower was fairly clean, but we did have to use the designated shower slippers and the area right outside the shower lacked clean space to put down our clean clothes or toiletry bags etc. Not a big deal unless you're a germaphobe. Overall great experience!

Great location! So close to the hustle and hustle of Shibuya and yet so quiet and so peaceful and in such a great area! I loved the location! The home is clean and very spacious and especially for Tokyo standards and had everything we needed. Close to all types of shopping, grocery, dining, bars and restaurants. The host is very responsive and I appreciated that as well. Overall, I recommend this home for its great location in Tokyo and the fact that it’s a clean and spacious home with a responsive host.

エイホウさん was an amazing host. Very warm, friendly and positive attitude, always responsive. I loved my 7-day-stay at this apartment and it was mainly because of エイホウさんpresence. The price is right, the location was very quiet and close enough to 2 subway/train stations which made it easy to go anywhere. Thank you エイホウさん for everything!!
