Basic principle was to have a place to calm down but also a house for remote work in home village. Place is pretty nice on top of the hill, scenery is wide almost all over ... tens of kilometers. Style is rustic with a light twist of retro functionalism. Now we have moved 200m, on the opposite side of the road, and we offer Villa for our quest. Your sincerely Leena & Juha

I spent almost 4 months in Marina’s apartment and I loved being here. As an Erasmus student I was always outside and when I came home I was really happy to find this beautiful apartment. I felt home immediately. Thank you Marika for everything :)

We were 2 couples of friends and came to Joensuu to visit my son who is studying here. The Harri's and Jani's house is very nice, clean and we had everything what we needed. All was really great. Harri is very polite and our communication was fast. We felt very comfortable in this cosy house. We recommend this accommodation to everyone and we would be happy to come again.

Asunto oli oikein siisti, kodikas, avara ja valoisa. Yhdistetty WC-kylpyhuone on remontoitu, toiminnallinen ja tyylikäs. Kaupungin keskusta-asunnoksi sijainti oli mainio. Palvelut aivan lähellä, mutta kuitenkin riittävän rauhallinen talo ja ympäristö. Vuokraaja Erja oli mukava ja ystävällinen. Kohteen esittely sujui tottuneesti. Bonuksena saimme käyttöömme pihassa olleen autopaikan.

Добротный, вместительный дом вдали от суеты на берегу озера. 2 сауны (одна в доме, одна на берегу, но довольно неопрятная). Роскошный вид из окон, хорошее патио/терраса, большая и ухоженная территория рядом. Великолепное место для единения с природой, до ближайшего супермаркета около 10 км. Из минусов - неприемлемая для питья вода из под крана (только с собой!), из-за повышенного содержания железа вся сантехника выглядит крайне неопрятной. Более, чем скудная зона для барбекю - 2 грязных стула и мангал очень старый, крохотный и убитый жизнью (есть ещё газовый от хозяев, но без газа), и явно привезённый туристами. Есть поленья, но нет топора.Тем не менее, хозяева - очень приятные и доброжелательные люди, и если учесть все минусы и подготовиться к ним заранее - то вы прекрасно проведёте время. posto tranquillo sono 3 cottages distanti qualche decina di metri uno dall altro in zona isolata con accesso al piccolo ma pescoso lago circondato da boschi. vicino al magnifico esker di punkaharju e comodo ( circa 1h di auto) da parchi come kolovesi e linnansaari. circa 1 ora da aeroporto di laappenranta. Valentin il gestore gentilissimo e disponibilissimo. consigliato.

Wir hatten eine ganz tolle Zeit. Mein Mann und ich reisen mit unserer Tochter (10 Monate alt). Wir haben uns von Anfang an wie zu Hause gefühlt. Es war schön ein Feuer zu machen, zu grillen, in die Sauna zu gehen und im See zu schwimmen. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig und man hat von allen Zimmern eine tolle Aussicht. Die Zimmer oben waren zwar nicht so groß aber es gibt unglaublich viel Stauraum. Die Kommunikation mit Katja war ausgesprochen gut. Wir können diese Unterkunft sehr weiterempfehlen.
