The cottage has running cold and hot water. The water is drinkable. Also an indoor toilet and shower. Wood sauna with a beautiful view of the pond. There are kitchen furnishings like a refrigerator, freezer, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, water, and coffee maker. There's also a washer. Sunlight comes to the cabin throughout the day.

Home from the last millennium

Stay in the middle of Kitee, on the corner of the square, all services are within walking distance. The house is from the 50s and the decor is from the 90s. Bedroom with double bed and living room with two 80 cm beds. The kitchen is retro with modern appliances, however. Toilet small but clean and tidy. The shower facilities are downstairs, shared with another apartment, lockable door. Marimekko's cotton bedding and towels are washed with unscented detergent. Villa was build 1999-2000 as a second home from the family with basic facilities criteria for everyday living. Basic principle was to have a place to calm down but also a house for remote work in home village. Place is pretty nice on top of the hill, scenery is wide almost all over ... tens of kilometers. Cozy and spacious two-room apartment near the center of Joensuu, in the immediate vicinity of central services. Joensuu Arena and other sports halls, Linnunlahti and the services of the city center are all just a few hundred meters' walk away!
