Welcome to our cozy little garden house with a sauna! It's located in Supilinn - a bohemian wooden housing area just 15 minutes walking from the centre. The surrounding area includes many parks and the river Emajõgi. You can stay overnight in the green milieu and experience the real Estonian wooden heated sauna. Sleeping room for 2 but the sauna can fit up to 5 people. Bus N.13 will drive you from bus station within 10 minutes. We also have a cat and a dog on the premises, but they're friendly.

The sauna features wooden walls and benches, providing a warm and inviting space for relaxation. A small window allows natural light to enter, illuminating a wooden bucket and a bottle placed on a shelf, enhancing the tranquil ambiance.

This spacious (102 m2) penthouse 3-bedroom apartment with a sauna, hot tub, large terrace (18 m2) is something I am sure you will enjoy! Located in Tartu only 5 minutes walk from the centre, everything is in walkable distance. I provide my guests with one private parking spot in the gated courtyard, fast 200 Mbit/s wifi, 55" Smart TV with Telia cable TV with HBO and Netflix (subscription included), full kitchen with an espresso machine (coffee beans included) and all the cooking essentials.

The compact kitchen area includes a refrigerator, cooking surface, and a variety of kitchenware. Shelves hold plates and glasses, while drawers are filled with utensils and cooking tools. A kettle and a pot are also visible, facilitating meal preparation.

Many restaurants are very close .

Small but well laid out apartment in a historical 19th century fully renovated building in Tähtvere with a designated bedroom area. Right next to the University of Life Siences. Also within a few steps are grocery stores, Tartu Song Festival grounds, Baltics biggest skate park, Emajõe beach, BMX track, Tartu Exhibition Center, playground, outdoor gym and Tartu Dendropark where you can ski in the winter.
