I stayed at Madis' apartment for 5 months and this was not just an excellent listing but a home away from home. The apartment is actually cozier than it seems in the photos and was equipped with everything a guest could ever need. Madis had also stocked frozen handpicked delicious Estonian berries in the freezer ! He met me at the apartment and explained everything I needed to know for my lengthy stay in Tartu. The building is situated just by the beautiful river beach. If you are a walker like me , the place is ideal for a brisk refreshing walk to the city center in the morning and in the evening. You can also enjoy the view and the stunning sunsets from the balcony in the summertime.

The building, apartment and furniture looks new and give a luxurious feel. Kristiine offers a few parking options at close distance which is very convenient. Highly recommended to stay in Tartu

We had a lovely stay at Kertu's apartment! She was very fast and helpful in answering messages and the place is spaceous and clean, located in a peaceful area. Easy to find and simple to get access to. Comfortable beds and convenient to have both dishwasher and washing machine. Very nice with a balcony where you can have a coffee and some fresh air. Close to the water, beach and the city. We felt very at home and had a great relaxing time. Would recommend to anyone wishing to stay comfortably in Tartu!🥰

I will definitely return there! An amazing place to stay for a couple of days to explore Tartu. This cozy wooden two-story house has everything you need (and even more) for peaceful family relaxation: a pond, a private wood-fired sauna, two terraces, a spacious garden, a fireplace, party games, a smart TV, a neat kitchen, four beds, and more, and more, and more... I already went to the sauna here for the 2nd time. The place is more like away from the city and thus relatively private. The sauna is nice and the fact that you can go from the sauna directly to the river. Will definitely be visiting again.

I travel to Tartu annually for work and I have stayed in several apartments in Tartu. The proximity to the grocery store, city center, & bus line, coupled with the cleanliness & simplicity of the apartment makes this my favorite so far. I will be sure to try to stay here when I return to Tartu next year. The apartment is exactly as it looks in the photos. It is a really sweet place. It was super clean, bed was very comfortable, water pressure was great, heating was no problem and the large balcony has a view of St. Peters Church. Paul was an excellent host who communicated clearly and was responsive to any questions I had.

Nice apartment in a very quiet and residential area of Tartu, the apartment is 10 minutes by car from the bus station and 3 minutes from a large supermarket. The apartment is very beautiful and much better decorated than it appears in the photos. Quality products. the TV and the bed is huge. the kitchen is spectacular too. If you want to relax, don't think twice before purchasing this apartment.

Had such a wonderful time at Merlin’s place. She is one of the sweetest and most interesting human beings I’ve met and we had soooo many great conversations…She will be a reason I come back to Tartu again! And the place: clean, cozy, very well heated and Mia the cat is absolutely the nicest feline in the world. Honestly if you have the chance to stay at Merlin’s place, don’t think just book it.

Great place to stay! There's everything you need, well-equipped kitchen. Only one minus for me personally: unpleasant smell from the water in the house. But I read about it in other people's reviews and was prepared. Very nice place, well equipped area around the house, quiet.

Best place for holidays with whole family. Especially we liked that almost all bedrooms were en-suite. This is very rare in Estonia. Living space is impressive, better than on photos. Rooms are spacious and well designed. Big screen TV-s, huge island in the kitchen, sauna - you will be positively surprised. Also location - close to ski centres, lake, restaurants, swimming pool, etc. Caring and friendly host. Highly recommended!
