Separate house with room, kitchen, bathroom and sauna (47m2) In the room there is a sofa bed for two and a single bed (two children at different heights) In the kitchen there is a stove, oven, fridge, washing machine,dishes. For an additional fee, a house sauna, an outdoor sauna (ice hole), a barrel sauna by the pond. Hiking and skiing track 1.5km. Childcare is also possible.

Welcome to our spacious and cozy villa on the shores of Lake Neitsijärv, just a short walk from Lake Pühajärv and Otepää. The villa offers a fully furnished kitchen with a teppanyaki grill, a large dining table and a cozy living room with a fireplace. The house has 4 bedrooms with comfortable double beds and a children's room with bunk beds and toys. The house has a total of 4 WC-bathrooms. There's also a sauna as a nice bonus. Enjoy beautiful lake views, nearby hiking trails, swimming spots, and ski resorts from the terrace.

Enjoy this beautiful nature private and lovable home. We have three houses with kitchenettes overlooking the river. Accommodates 8 people in three separate houses. View from Kukuaru Aquarium and Floor-to-ceiling windows make you feel like you're part of nature. You can also take a boat ride. Sauna is for a small extra fee. We have an outhouse. Fast Wi-Fi and bicycles. The route from the railway station to us is a new light traffic road. We allow dogs for an extra fee and breakfast is available upon request.

The rooms offer views of greenery and the city wall. The Town Hall Square is 500 meters away, and the Emajõgi River and the University of Tartu Delta Center are nearby.

The kitchen has everything you need to cook, and there is also an iron and a hairdryer.

An apartment in the Old Town of Tartu with an ideal location, close to the Tartu Botanical Garden. The apartment has Wi-Fi, the house has an elevator and a sun terrace, a gym, and a room with washing machines and dryers. The apartment has a kitchen with a fridge, dishwasher and everything you need (dishes, kettle, microwave, etc.). There is also a flat-screen TV, and a bathroom with a shower and everything you need. Of course, bed linen and towels.

Possibility to relax with family and pets in a beautiful place by the forest. TV, double bed and sofa bed in the room. In the kitchen there is a 2-seater induction cooker, fridge and washing machine. Nearby lakes and hiking trails. In the yard, on the bank of the pond, there is a place for barbecue and dining. Sauna and hot tub with heating 50€.

The house is situated 2 km outside Tartu in a picturesque location with the view to the woods and surrounded by 2064m² of lawn. You can enjoy barbeque, go to sauna, swim in the pond, listen to good music with your own pleasant company. There is plenty of room for free parking. Decent discgolf course is in the backyard!

You can stay like at home in this quiet and very well located place. You have access to all the amenities - a quiet and comfortable bedroom, a home office corner, books, a fully equipped kitchen. This is my own home, which I rent out while I'm away for work.

Floating sauna on River Emajõgi

There is no overnight accommodation in winter, only a sauna. After sauna you can cool down in river. Sauna up to eight person. I also rent canoes 30 € per day. There is a gas stove for cooking and 12V and 230V electricity from battery station (1100hW).
