La casa affaccia su una vallata bellissima, a strapiombo sulle rupi e sulle mura di Amelia. Le rondini sfrecciano vicino alla finestra...una vista meravigliosa. L'appartamento è pulitissimo e arredato con gusto. Marco è stato gentilissimo e disponibile a darci info su tutto quanto poteva esserci utile. Ad Amelia siamo stati trattati benissimo e ci siamo sentiti " coccolati ". Abbiamo anche avuto dal Comune molte informazioni utili su come trascorrere al meglio il nostro soggiorno , comprese indicazioni sui più bei siti da visitare , sia a livello naturalistico che culturale

Alloggio dotato di tutti i comfort necessari, pulito, ordinato e in una posizione strategica per raggiungere velocemente diversi luoghi di interesse: Perugia, Assisi, Spello, Trevi, Montefalco, Bevagna etc. Consigliatissimo. Wer Ruhe, Natur und Erholung sucht, findet sie hier. Wir waren eine Woche zu dritt in dem wunderschönen Ferienhaus Molino Verde (Appartement Ginestra) und haben jeden Moment genossen. Die Wohnung, das Anwesen, der Garten im Olivenhain und der traumhaft saubere und große Pool sind unbeschreiblich schön. Haben Orte, wie Spello, Bevagna, Montefalco, Assisi, Todi und Orvieto besucht. Alles mit dem Auto einfach zu erreichen. Zum Abschluss gab es immer eine Erfrischung im Pool. Barbecue und Waschmaschine auch vorhanden. Es fehlte uns an Nichts. Sogar im Olivenöl gibt es lauschige Plätze mit Hängematten zum Entspannen. Vielen lieben Dank für die herzliche Gastfreundschaft von Nicoletta und Fabiana, die so lieb und zuvorkommend waren. Auch ein ganz herzliches Dankeschön an Saskia, die uns von der Buchung bis zum Abschied begleitet hat. Alles Liebe und Gute, a presto Familie Roth Ps. Das Olivenöl von Molino Verde schmeckt vorzüglich und wir haben gleich noch Vorrat für Zuhause mitgenommen.

What wonderful hosts with an amazing place. We loved both. We were greeted by Flavia's parents at the front door having navigated with our rental car the narrow winding streets of Amelia. If you enjoy such driving you will have great fun, if not, then suggest parking outside the walls and walking -- both worked well. We enjoy apartments with a rich history set in historic buildings while enjoying modern amenities. This place was perfect. The hosts shared its history and their pride of ownership. They were so friendly and helpful. You enter from a medieval/Rennaissance cobblestone piazza into a beautifully maintained and appointed apartment. Great furnishings and decorations from the living room, through the hallway, by the bathroom, and kitchen and then ending in the master bedroom. Each room offers a spectacular view as you realize your abode perches on the edge of the town's cliff. So fun to look up at as your stroll outside the city walls. To the hosts thank you!!

Il soggiorno presso casa di Adele con i nostri amici e i bimbi è stato splendido. Adele è un host sempre presente e reattiva nelle richieste e la casa con un fantastico giardino è stata una piacevolissima valvola di sfogo dal caos delle nostre città.

Huisje Uliviu was een geweldige accomodatie, ruim en proper. Wanneer we iets nodig hadden werden we dadelijk verder geholpen. De ligging was ideaal om de mooiste bezienswaardigheden, Todi, Orvieto, Perugia... te bezoeken. Vanuit het huisje heb je mooie fiets-en wandelroutes. Supermarkt in Marsciano vlakbij. Wat het huis zo attractief maakt is het mooie en groot zwembad met een prachtig uitzicht over de vallei en heuvels. Volledige rust vindt je hier. Wij ontmoetten de hele familie, sympathiek en hartelijk. interessant ook om naar hun verhalen te luisteren. De grootouders van Tommaso wonen ter plaatse, wat een actieve grootmoeder zeg. Vele groeten aan allen, en misschien tot nog eens.

C’est formidable! Que dire de plus! Le lieu est sublime. Et surtout l’impression d’être chez des amis. Laura et son compagnon sont aux petits soins. Qu’une envie: y retourner ! Merci à eux!

Bettina is erg hartelijk en behulpzaam. Er stond een heerlijk stuk taart voor me klaar toen ik arriveerde. Bettina heeft goede tips om de omgeving te ontdekken. Een aanrader!

5 Stars – A Tuscan Dream Come True! Our stay at Francesco’s private resort-style retreat in the hills of Tuscany was absolutely magical. The location is stunning—peaceful, picturesque, and the perfect escape into the beauty of the Italian countryside. The rustic room had so much charm and comfort, and the property itself was amazing, with not one but two beautiful pools to relax by. One of the highlights was the on-site restaurant. The free breakfast was far beyond the typical offering—not just muffins, but a full, authentic Italian breakfast that we looked forward to each morning. Dinner was just as impressive, showcasing delicious local flavors and warm hospitality. It was also a great jumping-off point for exploring the region—we took a lovely day trip to Siena with ease. This place is a hidden gem, and we’d return in a heartbeat. Highly recommended for anyone looking to experience the best of Tuscany!

Spruch meiner Frau wenige Minuten nach dem Check-in: "Das ist die sauberste Wohnung auf Airbnb ever." Vor Ort kümmerten sich Marcos Eltern, die im Haupthaus auf dem Grundstück wohnen, um uns: total sympatisch, gastfreundlich, hilfsbereit. Wir kamen in der Nacht an und die beiden warteten zu später Stunde vor dem Haus auf uns. Zuvor schnelle, problemlose Kommunikation mit Marco auf Englisch zur Abstimmung der Anreise. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig, pi-co-bel-lo (!), gemütlich, funktionell, komplett ausgestattet. Die Jalousien sorgen für ein angenehm kühles Raumklima trotz der Junihitze. Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück, Geschirrspülmaschine, Waschmaschine. Wifi war schnell genug für's Streamen der Nations League. Die Wohnung liegt "countryside" und war rundum perfekt für zwei Leute wie uns, die von hier aus zu ihren umbrischen Städtetouren und zur Bergtour auf den Monte Vettore aufbrachen.

Fin och snabb service av Daniela som var behjälplig med det vi behövde. Extra stor tacksamhet för vaktmästaren Nazareno som passade upp på oss varje dag och med sin varma personlighet berättade om slottet och området. Han var dessutom så himla gullig mot våra barn och visade dem trick som hans disciplinerade hund utförde. Dock väldigt kallt i poolen, det blev en liten utmaning för våra barn. Om ni söker ett privat lugn utan ett enda ljud från civilisation och en otrolig utsikt så är detta stället för er!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this charming apartment in Spello, Umbria. The location was ideal – nestled within the historic town, full of character, peace, and beauty. The apartment itself was spotless, well-equipped, and full of authentic Umbrian charm. Every detail had been thoughtfully arranged to make us feel comfortable and at home. What truly made our stay exceptional was our host, Ferruccio. From the moment we booked, he was attentive, warm, and welcoming. He went out of his way to ensure we had everything we needed, offering excellent recommendations for local restaurants, attractions, and even helping us navigate the area like a local. His hospitality made us feel not just like guests, but truly cared for. If you’re planning a visit to Umbria, we can’t recommend this apartment – and Ferruccio as a host – highly enough. It was a memorable experience, and we hope to return again soon!

Siamo stati felici di cominciare le giornate per il breakfast tutti insieme nel grande salone comune, dotato di tutti i comfort, cioè cucina , divani, e meravigliose vedute da ogni lato sulla campagna umbra. I cespugli di lavanda, gli alberi di melograno, i fiori intorno alla piacina: un ambiente naturale ideale per rilassarsi e stare con gli amici! Stupendo! E poi abbiamo avuto la possibilità di visitare poco distante il bellissimo centro storico di Todi e raggiungere in poco tempo altri borghi. Una esperienza unica da consigliare e da ripetere. Lucia

Robbie was a fantastic host. His apartment was a modern marvel set in a beautiful city with classic views. Myself and my partner wish we had stayed there longer and would definitely stay there again if we were ever in the area. The amenities were out of this world!

Such a perfect place to stay in Orvieto! Extremely centrally located (<5min walk to almost everywhere we wanted to go) and Barbara made it super easy to park, reserving a spot for us on arrival. Spotless, tons of new features and appliances, and I LOVED the sauna… I would give it 6/5 stars if I could!

Schoon appartement met uitzicht op het meer. De communicatie ging erg soepel en snel. Het appartement bevalt alle basics, ook het internet werkt goed. Qua verbeterpunten: het matras is hard en de woonkamer is vrij gehorig.

Sehr schönes Haus, landestypisch eingerichtet dabei aber trotzdem modern. Besonders gefallen haben und die Betten und die angenehme sanfte aber effektive Klimatisierung. Sehr geräumig, so dass ein Aufenthalt mit 4 Personen sehr angenehm möglich ist. Es gibt sogar eine Lademöglichkeit für E-Fahrzeuge.

Tutto perfetto. La posizione dell'appartamento è magnifica: immerso nel verde, offre una vista rilassante sulle colline circostanti. Allo stesso tempo è in una posizione strategica per chi desidera visitare i borghi storici del Valdarno e del Chianti. L’appartamento è curato, luminoso e pulito. Paola e la sua famiglia sono padroni di casa molto gentili e sempre disponibili a offrire consigli su attività e luoghi da visitare nella zona. Consigliatissimo!

Had a super 8 night stay here. Paola, the host, is everything you can hope for from an Airbnb host. Super communicative, welcoming and helpful. Her and her husband helped me with a medical issue, which was so kind and appreciated. Wow! Just wow! The apartment is quiet and I slept good at night. It has every amenity that I needed. It is clean and in a safe location. They really put love and attention into this place and it shows. Highly recommended.

We had an amazing stay at Alessandro’s and Sonja’s place. They helped a lot with very good recommendations for local restaurants and things to see and do around. The apartment was very clean and cute, even though it was quite moist probably due to lower temperatures in May. For the summer months we can imagine it it is very cooling and perfect for sleeping. We can highly recommend the Castello and would always come back ☺️

This is an absolute gem just outside of Todi town centre. June and her daughter were lovely hosts and gave us a warm welcome, providing very clear instructions and a tour around the site. They even gave us a bottle of wine, biscuits and a bottle of water. We were quite late checking in (11pm) but that was no problem for them. The apartment was bigger than the pictures and very spacious. The pool was idyllic. This was a perfect place for some R&R before getting married in Todi. On our check out, June and the residents in the other apartments had planned to surprise us with confetti which was absolutely lovely. Would 100% recommend.

Our family loved staying in Fernanda’s apartment! My husband and I had visited Montepulciano two years ago, stayed at Fernanda’s place and loved it so much we came back with our three boys. Everything is so lovely and welcoming and Fernanda is the best hostess. She even made local dinner reservations for us. Thank you for everything, Fernanda!!

Fabrizio was an amazing host! We made a spontaneous choice to stay in Perugia after our friend’s wedding in Tuscany and the magic continued. The location was central and a blissful walk to the city centre which is full of history and beauty. Coming back to Fabrizio’s place made our stay even better. A very modern design, good energy making it easy to relax, cook and enjoy. We highly recommend and we’ll be coming back on our next visit. Thank you!
