We are known in this area and were looking for a house with privacy and quiet area. The two of us were welcomed by a large villa with huge garden. Fully enclosed with a large enclosed driveway. The clean modern kitchen was complete and what a great view. The spacious swimming pool was still a bit cold in mid-April but with a little sun paw. Recommended for people who love peace and quiet but walking within 10 minutes in a cozy city center with restaurants and shops. A car is an advice. In short, a vacation address that we have in our agenda.

A great stay in a very nice place. The villa is very pretty and has everything you expect for a holiday. Mickael is very friendly and the communication was perfect. I recommend it!

A well presented, spacious villa with a great pool area. Ideal for a week or two away in the sun. Spacious living area and well appointed. Be aware that, if you are from the UK and want TV you will need your media log in details or your firestick. The place is very secure and the local comercial area is about 15 minutes walk. Here you can find shops and resturants . Be aware the walk back is all uphill !!

Sergio super nice and the house great. It had everything and quality, including a fireplace, barbecue, pool... Perfect for going with a dog, as it is all fenced (including the pool, no danger) and there is a lot of space. They also have chickens, and they gave us plenty of eggs that were great. The area is very quiet, surrounded by fields and only some chalets quite secluded. And less than 5 minutes from Ayora.

We had a great time, despite the rain. It is very cozy inside and there is a beautiful view from the rooftop. During the night it is very quiet and the area is great for hiking.

Lovely stay as always. Always fast response if there is any issue. Amazing value for family’s as there is so much in the area. Will come again.

Simply put, amazing place to stay. First of all, thank Irene for her patience with us, we were late on arrival and she was also attentive, helpful and very polite. For the place, without words, we loved it, everything clean, super tidy and spacious. Amazing how modern it is, you can tell that it is renovated with affection. No doubt, recommended to 200%. My family and I had a lovely stay at the villa. The garden was lovely and the kids loved the pool. The villa was very clean and tidy. Our host was very flexible and helpful and check-in and check-out was very easy. We would definitely recommend this place.

Together with 3 friends, I stayed in Sylvia's beautiful, cozy house. We had a really lovely time! The house has every comfort, clean, tidy and cozy. The beds are very good. We found the spacious, sunny garden with sunbeds to be a big advantage. It is also very nice that you walk into the village of San Miguel in no time; the supermarket, bakery and various cozy restaurants are within walking distance. The beach and shopping center are easy to drive to. In addition, the apartment is well insulated, we were not bothered by noise from the neighbors or from the outside. The communication with Sylvia has also been very pleasant. We recommend this holiday home to everyone!

We loved Pascual's house. It is an old-style house, with high ceilings, a huge interior patio with plants and ceramic walls. The house has 3 floors, 3 bedrooms, a large kitchen (where the host has left everything you need: utensils, appliances, dishes, towels, coffee, water and even garlic, etc.). Also, there is a large bathroom where guests can find all kinds of shampoos, bath gels, body creams, shaving foam. On the first floor - 2 bedrooms + 1 terrace. And above all - a beautiful attic. The house (by the way, super clean) is very cool for the hottest summer nights (since the walls are very thick), however, those who are sensitive to the cold can find electric radiators in every room of the house. No noise can be heard from outside. Pascual's house is a real gem. Of course, I'll recommend it to my friends. Thank you so much, Pascual!

Excellent house, well maintained, quiet location, supermarket nearby. All amenities, all I needed, was present. I had a very pleasant stay.

Stayed here with the whole family for a week. Place was clean, had great outdoor spaces, and the pool was fantastic. Definitely recommend staying here if you're looking for a quiet place and want a pool to cool off!

We had an amazing weekend, celebrating my birthday with friends. Plenty of room for 15 people. The house is very nice, perfectly equipped and very clean. We'll be back for sure

A beautiful home in an environment close to the city center with easy access to everything you need. We were very comfortable and hope to be able to repeat the experience many times. Very good attention from the owners.

Lovely house with everything you need for a wonderful holiday. Roof terrace is great and has a large bbq area. Beautiful to watch the sun go down behind the mountains Good location, only a 5 minute walk to the local bars and restaurants. Swimming pool area needs to be used with caution as is extremely slippery when wet

We visited this accommodation and everything was correct as it is in the listing description. We should point out that we felt right at home, a very quiet place ideal to disconnect. What a fantastic spacious place! We have been here before if we wanted to stay in Catral. You can park very well there and the gate was already open when we arrived. Furthermore, you will be welcomed there with a huge fruit bowl and the host Moisés is very friendly and helpful. Everything inside is large and clean and in the beautiful garden you can sit well and have breakfast in the sun in the morning. I think we'll be back here.

If you want a wonderfull place and the best and most warming host, this is without doubt, the place to stat!!

This house is all you have dreamed of. The private pool, 3 bath and bed rooms made it perfect for 3 adults and two children. The pool after coming back from the beach is just wonderful. We have not used the roof terrasse that much as we wanted. You need a car to get around. The car was parked at the Street in front of the house. The Supermarkt is just behind the house which is very useful. The house has a lot already in stock like spices, oel. You online need to get the daily Barbecue stuff. It was very quite when we stayed in June.

We had a brilliant stay house was lovely everything was spot on comfortable lovely fire place which was needed in dec plenty of cooking pots pans great oven used washing machine few times all great walk down hill to villiage but walking bk up was a killer car is useful. But thanks for great stay we will be bk x
