Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Tkon

A group of 5 friends and I found Margita's home for our end-of-exams holiday and it was everything we could have hoped for and more! Leading up to and during our stay Margita was proactive, providing recommendations, excursions, and an eagerness to assist with any issues we might have. The villa was stunning, cosy and with a lovely interior and the three double-bedrooms we stayed in were comfortable and very pretty. The pool and grounds were also GREAT, large, spacious, and very peaceful. The pictures do not do Margita's house justice as we thought it looked better in real life! As for Sukosan, it was a beautiful and quaint little town a short walk from the villa, with lovely restaurants and a very wholesome atmosphere. Zadar is also only a ~12 euro uber away, which split between 6 friends was great value! Croatia is a beautiful country worth visiting, and I can firmly say Margita's villa will provide you with a brilliant home and area to stay in. Thank you Margita ❤️

Tolle Unterkunft! Super modern und hochwertig eingerichtet. Toller Pool mit Grillplatz und Sitzecke, Liegen Sonnenschirm. Man fühlt sich einfach nur wohl in einer ruhigen Gegend in wenigen Minuten ist man am Strand oder in Zadar. Die Unterkunft ist einfach jeden Cent wert!

Waw! We found our own private paradise in Croatia. What a lovely stay we had at Milan’s air bnb. The inside provides everything you need and is very clean. The thing is.. you just want to sit outside all the time because that area is absolutely amazing. The swimming pool is perfect and super clean, on top of that there’s the whole sitting area that makes cosy afternoons/evenings so easy. You can cook outside while still being close to your friends and family. Our host, Milan, was super kind and helpful. We had an amazing time and would definitely recommend this place.. or even book it again for ourselves!

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt bei Ante in seinem schönen, ruhigen Ferienapartment. Bei der Ankunft war alles perfekt vorbereitet, auch für unseren 11 Monate alten Sohn, was uns sehr gefreut hat. Wir fühlten uns sofort wohl. Der Außenbereich bietet viele Möglichkeiten zur Entspannung: Tischtennis, Darts, Federball und sogar Bumerangs. Die große, überdachte Terrasse mit Grill lädt zum Verweilen ein. Besonders schön fanden wir die Hängematte zwischen zwei Bäumen, in der wir wunderbar entspannen konnten. Das absolute Highlight war natürlich der große Pool. In der Wohnung war alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Ante ist ein großartiger Gastgeber: Er antwortete schnell auf Fragen und gab tolle Tipps für Ausflüge und Restaurants. Als Willkommensgruß lagen frische Kirschen bereit, die super lecker waren – eine nette Geste! Wir können Ante und sein Ferienapartment uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Es war ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt, und wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Amazing place to stay in Zadar! Had all the amenities listed (Sauna, swimming pool ..). Host is very responsive and kind in answering question.

Belle maison accueillante disposant de tout le confort nécessaire. Belle piscine Filip et sa maman sont des hôtes agréables., réactifs et disponibles.

Great place with everything you could want for a relaxing holiday. Hosts were super helpful and even provided a travel cot and highchair for our little one. Would recommend having a car to get to town but can easily/cheaply park to get into the old town. Ubers were also very available and good value.

Schönes Landhaus im mediterranen Stil und großes Grundstück, direkt beim Naturpark. Perfekt als Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen, Fahrradtouren oder um im Meer zu baden. Einfach toll!

Wonderful accommodation with warm hospitality! Ivica and his family were always helpful, provided us with great tips, and even prepared a wonderful dinner for us. The apartment was clean, well-equipped, and perfectly located – we felt completely at home and would love to come back!

We had a fantastic few days at Sanja’s place. It was really well equipped with everything that you need including robes. It was very well designed, all the facilities were to a high specification and we wanted for nothing. We used the hottub and sauna facilities every day and the location was great for the national parks. We walked down to the sea front, there are one or two bars which was fine for us as we were quite happy cooking on the bbq and enjoying the terrace and views from the apartment. Would 100% recommend and visit again.

What a stunning villa with stunning views. The villa is to a an exceptional standard with all amenities. The pool and seating area was stunning and views of the mountains unreal. The villa was exceptionally clean. This was one of the best places I’ve stayed and felt right at home. Ivan made us very welcome and I would highly recommend and will definitely be retuning in the near future. Zadar is a stunning town

Die Lage ist einfach super. Die Stadt ist mit dem Uber für 5€ erreichbar, der Strand und gute Restaurants in 2min zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich und der Balkon toll zum zusammensitzen. Die Betten sind ok (schon etwas älter). Die Küche hat alles, was man zum Frühstück braucht. Zum grillen ist auch alles da. Zum regelmäßigen kochen fehlt es etwas an Ausstattung, hat uns aber aufgrund der guten Restaurants nicht gefehlt. Alles in allem haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Danke Damir!

Perfect calm accomodation with a little walk to Zadar old town. We were surprised to find a little snack and drink when we arrived that made us have the perfect last night of our roadtrip. Thanks to Josipa and Gino and their warm welcome and goodbyes when we left!

Der Urlaub war super schön. Wir waren zu fünft und die Unterkunft war perfekt für uns. Es gibt alles was man braucht, schöne Schlafzimmer und eine sehr gut ausgestattete Küche, sodass man mit vielen Utensilien kochen kann. Der Ausblick von dem großen Balkon ist wunderschön und man kann an dem Ort richtig gut entspannen und sich erholen. Im April ist nicht so viel los, aber wenn man einen ruhigen & privaten Ort sucht, ist man dort perfekt aufgehoben. Das Highlight war die schöne Badestelle direkt am Haus, wo man sich den ganzen Tag sonnen kann. Von dort aus und auch vom Balkon konnten wir abends bei ruhigem Wasser oder morgens in der Frühe Delfine sehen. Sehr besonders wunderschön :)) Anton ist ein sehr netter Gastgeber und kümmert sich immer super lieb um uns gekümmert. Das Airbnb ist sehr zu empfehlen, danke für die schöne Auszeit 🐬☀️

My stay at Igor’s was my first in Croatia The central location between Trogir and Okrug plus a 30 minute drive to Split make this home a perfect place to branch out and explore at your own pace. The neighborhood of Igor’s home is a laid back and quiet locale. I found it hard to leave🙂⭐️

Stipe ist sehe nett und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung ist super, hell und sauber mit direktem Blick auf das Meer, gerade ein paar Schritte weg. Wir waren eine Woche dort und durch die ruhige Lage der Wohnung auch gut erholt. Ich empfehle die Wohnung weiter.

super endroit avec une vue sur la mer magnifique, couché de soleil magique avec la terrasse devant un peu embêté avec l isolation parce que la nuit il faisait froid mais sinon très propre et bien équipé pb d insecte dans la salle de bain au niveau du toilette mais ca fait parti du charme de la nature petit bruit de l autoroute mais ne gêne en rien , en contre bas le restaurant avec une vue sur la mer trop beau merci pour ce sejour

Sve ono što smo željeli i zamislili dobili smo boravkom u ovoj prekrasnoj kućici na osami. Jedini zvukovi su pjev ptica i vjetar u krošnjama. Ljubazna Nataša nas je dočekala i uputila u sve sadržaje koje kućica nudi i ako netko dvoji bi li mogao biti na mjestu bez struje i vode, mi bi samo dodali da nam je tri noćenja bilo premalo da izguštamo sve ono što "kućica nema" (kako je opisano na stranici domaćina), a zbog čega smo ju zapravo i odabrali. Predivno mjesto za potpuni zen... hvala domaćinima. Ako bude prilike dolazimo ponovo bez imalo dvojbe... D&D

We had a wonderful one-night stay at this cozy, beautifully renovated house that perfectly complemented the stunning landscape. The views were breathtaking, and we only wished we could have stayed longer! The hosts were incredibly friendly and responsive, making communication a breeze. The location was peaceful and private, with everything we needed provided in the house. Free parking was a great bonus. Highly recommend!

Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und stets ansprechbar. Im Haus war eine sehr gute Klimaanlage verfügbar und der Ausblick vom Balkon sowie dem Gemeinschaftsbereich ist unglaublich schön. Mit etwas wandern findet man sehr tolle Badestellen zum schwimmen und schnorcheln aber Badeschuhe sind empfehlenswert. Insgesamt haben wir den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.
