Caroline was the perfect host The little cottage was immaculate , extra kind touch for milk and a delicious cake Communication was top notch and she was more than helpful , advising for food destinations etc We have already said we will be back in the summer

Loved staying at Steve and Donna’s place. When you first drive up to Donna and Steve’s place, the Vicarage, recently renovated,you get a real wow factor. Our accommodation above the garage and opposite the main house. When you enter the accommodation immediately you feel very comfortable and at home. Donna and Steve have done a marvellous job with styling, building, colour scheme and fixtures! The accommodation is in a very pretty, quiet and charming village, lovely to walk around. If you have bikes to explore, there’s a lock up shed. Donna and Steve are wonderful hosts, friendly, helpful and very chatty and made us feel at home. We absolutely loved our stay at The vicarage and would love to return and would most definitely recommend it! Thank you both.

We were delighted with this place. A beautiful barn conversion, very tastefully done with real attention to detail, all mod cons and spotlessly clean! It was very convenient for the show ground (and for getting into Stafford for restaurants) and was a perfect relaxing spot for us. Marie and Tony are a lovely couple and couldn't have done more for us (even asked if we'd like some milk put in the fridge ahead of our stay). And Marie was really good at responding to our messages/queries. Thank you Marie - we'll certainly be back! Teresa & Tracey

Shirleywich Farm is quite simply stunning. The views are beautiful and we could’ve sat and watched the wildlife for hours - a kingfisher came and sat on the fence watching for fish in the brook, a hare running in the field alongside Canada geese, blackbirds, and a wren hopped about in the garden daily. Even though situated on the main A51, the traffic noise isn’t intrusive. It still felt peaceful and relaxing and gave easy travel routes to surrounding areas. There is plenty of room in The Stables and with a bathroom and bedroom downstairs, it’s very accessible for people who struggle with stairs. Overall, our stay was exactly what we hoped for. Rachael even upgraded us to The Stables from our original booking (The Smithy), due to their guests wanting to stay longer. We felt this was an extremely generous gesture. Fabulous stay and we would definitely return.
