Very good stay not far from La Spezia train station. I highly recommend it.

A superb stay for me and my mother, the host was very kind and responsive, we wished first for a very late check in and then for a early check in and both times the host did what she could to help us, very much appreciated. The house itself was beautifully situated in this quite and charming town and we couldn't asked for more. Only issue we had was the termostater for the apartment, it says both cold and hot and we thought there were air condition and left it on cold, when we returned the room was burning hot and that was a bit of problem, that was no fault of the host of course and she did everything she can to help. But I did hoped that there was a warning note of some kind that says "DON'T touch the termostater during summer" or something similar=))

I stayed in this apartment for four days and had a great time. The host was extremely kind, courteous and always available. The apartment is cozy, well maintained and in a convenient location. I highly recommend anyone looking for a place to stay in the area to choose this apartment: it was a great experience from every point of view!

Eugenio and Claudia were the best hosts, even inviting us to an amazing traditional dinner! The apartment was incredibly clean, with a very comfortable bed and peaceful. Although we did not get the chance to use the pool, it looked beautiful. Definitely on our list to return for a longer stay.
