Monthly Rentals in Tittabawassee River

Quiet 2nd-floor apartment in the center of Midland, a short walk to the Tridge, restaurants and shopping. I went for Zehnder's Snowfest in Frankenmuth but discovered that Midland has a lot to offer. The apartment is well stocked with little things like condiments, and it has Roku. I'd come back, this place feels like a home away from home.

Would reccomend staying here if you're a student doing rotations at any nearby hospitals! The location is conveniently located less than 20 minutes away from Covenant in a safe neighborhood. Josie greeted me at check in and toured the apartment with me. It had almost all of the amenities you need for a long term stay, which made moving in and out super easy. She was always accecssible via text, but I had a pleasant stay without any issues!

The place that Nicole and Scott have created is such a wonderful home away from home. We felt very welcome, and it was exactly what we needed. Their two dogs were a giant plus for us, which I think they realized as soon as we met them - so they let them out for us to say hi often. All in all, we had an amazing stay, and hope to come back some day.
