I recently had the pleasure of staying at a wonderful place with equally wonderful hosts. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted warmly and made to feel right at home. The place itself was lovely, with comfortable accommodations and a charming atmosphere. The hosts were incredibly kind and attentive, making sure I had everything I needed throughout my stay. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a pleasant and enjoyable experience.

The property is excellent with all facilities available in and around. Very accessible to nearby shops, markets and Swiggy and Zomato. The property was spick and span when we arrived and the service was really good. The host Mr. Janardhan was very cooperative and accommodative. Few small suggestions would be: To provide to guests a microwave, enough utensils that are used to cook (steel) for induction and to repair loose connections. Otherwise, I have to thank him. It’s worth the visit and stay.

Wonderful stay. It is on first floor with steps. We were a family of 11 and got comfortably accommodated. It is a 3 BHK as exactly described with pictures. 2 bathrooms are attached and one is common. 3 Bed rooms with queen size beds and additional matresses were provided. Refrigerator, RO purifier were present. it is exactly in the street of Tiruchanur Padmavathi Ammavari temple which is the main attraction to stay. Murali garu, who was the property manager helped in reaching, Parking our cars in VIP parking area (as in general it is not open for all users). There is one good hotel Anand Bhavan which is around 50mtrs away from the stay with both South and North Indian food. Very well maintained. Thankyou very much for hosting us. Note: A caution deposit of 1500 was collected and paid back as a security deposit for ensuring property handling without any damages.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The penthouse was spotless, beautifully maintained, and located on the top floor with an incredible view. It had all the basic amenities we needed, making our stay comfortable and stress-free. Pavan’s hospitality was exceptional. From helping us book a cab service to regularly checking in to ensure we reached the listing safely at night, he truly went above and beyond. He’s very accommodating, easy to reach out to, and speaks both English and Hindi fluently, which made communication smooth. The caretaker was also kind and helpful throughout our stay. Pavan is a fantastic host and definitely deserves to be on the Airbnb platform! 📍Location Tip: The railway station is just 15 minutes away, and for food lovers, PS4 restaurant is a must-visit—especially their PS4 Special Biryani (pure veg)! We booked this apartment to visit Tirupati temple and it was on a very location and distance from the temple. My family loved the apartment and their service. Highly recommended 👍
