Ottima casa con ottima vista!

Dům je v horské vesnici Precasaglio velmi blízko k Ponte di Legno, je prostorný a vejdou se tam dvě rodiny. Dům má tři ložnice (jedna je v suterénu) a obývací pokoj s kuchyní a krbem, dříví je k dispozici. Na sjezdovky do Ponte Di Legno se dá jet autem, tak cca. 10 min, nebo skibusem, který jezdí ve špičce cca. každých cca. 30 minut a staví 50 m od domu. Úzká příjezdová cesta mezi historickými domy je trochu adrenalin, ale celkově se dá bez problémů a při sněhu je rychle odklizená. Kousek od domu je parkoviště, případně je k dispozici 1 garáž. Ve vesnici je velmi dobrá a cenově přijatelná restaurace, večer ale nemá otevřeno každý den. Paní Paola a pan Brian byli velmi ochotní a na všechny dotazy rychle opověděli.

Abbiamo soggiornato da Maria Luisa per 3 giorni durante le feste Natalizie. Alloggio molto pulito e dotato di tutto il necessario. Posizione riparata e con bellissima vista sulle montagne. Maria Luisa è stata sempre reattiva nel momento del bisogno. Unico consiglio , vista la strada un po’ impervia per arrivarci, è necessario salvarsi la posizione sul navigatore. Sicuramente consigliato a tutti .

Le airbnb de Silvana est une vraie merveille dans les hauteurs de Sondrio. Cagnoletti est un village à l'architecture autenthique des alpages italiens. La maison en pierre est bien faite, avec tout ce qu'on a besoin pour se sentir à la maison et entourée d'une nature merveilleuse. Si vous vous reveillez assez tôt, vous pourrez observer par la fenêtre des cerfs ou des biches juste à côté de la maison. De plus, les personnes du village sont accueillantes et sympas. C'est un vrai bout de paradis ♡

abbiamo soggiornato per tre giorni con i nostri due bambini, Oreste e la zia Adele sono stati molto gentili dandoci molte informazioni sulla zona, spero di ritornarci presto per visitare la zona circostante.

Schöne authentische Hütte oberhalb eines Tals. Absolute Ruhe und Privatsphäre. Waren zu zweit eine Woche im Oktober dort um wandern zu gehen. Gut um mal runterzukommen. Aufstehen, Kamin anmachen, Kaffee kochen und den Schafen beim grasen zuschauen. Absoluter Glücksgriff. Pierino, der Gastgeber ist wirklich ein klasse Kerl und sehr hilfsbereit ohne aufdringlich zu sein.

Il signor Stefano è stato molto ospitale e cordiale; appartamento molto curato, accessoriato e accogliente. Skibus a 4min a piedi, posizione centrale.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt genossen und konnten schöne Ausflüge in der Gegend unternehmen. Wir wären gerne länger geblieben, aber aufgrund der sehr schlechten Wetter Vorhersage waren Ausflüge mit unserem alten und blinden Hund nicht mehr möglich.

Fantastic apartment in central Bormio - handy for everything but quietly located on a no through street. Ten minute walk to the lift (or bus from outside) and seconds from shops and restaurants (particularly the delicious Eredi Romani cakes and the Al Filò restaurant). Very well equipped, particularly the kitchen, with a very comfortable bed, and spotlessly clean. The car parking garage was very welcome. Michele’s communication was great and Lydia was very welcoming. Just be aware that the apartment is on the third floor and the bedroom ceiling is very low so it might not suit those with reduced mobility. There is also only one sofa so not room for all four guests except using the dining chairs.

Sehr schönes Appartement mit allem was man benötigt. Skikeller ist vorhanden und man kann zu Fuß zum Skibus gehen. Vielen Dank auch nochmal für den tollen Kuchen! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Great stay. Super apartment in a great location. Lovely cafe downstairs and walking distance to everything. Spotless and nicely furnished with lovely wrap around sunny balcony and lovely views. Great communication too.

È stato un bellissimo week end , stupendo appartamento con tutti i comfort , pulito accogliente con anche degli omaggi di benvenuto quali Prosecco e altri aperitivi , erano presenti anche sapone per piatti e per lavatrice , completo in ogni cosa . Letto super comodo , cucina super attrezzata . Il proprietario è sempre stato disponibile a ogni nostra domanda e richiesta ci è venuto incontro su check in e check up , sicuramente torneremo a soggiornare. Lo stra consiglio a tutti

Lidia e seu chalet superaram nossas expectativas! O chalet fica muito perto do centro histórico de Bormio e bem ao lado da Bormio Therme. Fui a pé do chalet também ao Bormio ski. A gentileza e predisposição à ajudar foram constantes.

Joli appartement, pratique et confortable avec local de ski simple et accessible, le tout super bien situé, près du centre, des restaurants, de l’office du tourisme et des bus pour le ski ou le train. L’hôte Emanuela est très disponible pour aider et répondre à toutes les questions pratiques. Silva Plana est une belle découverte. Village calme et charmant avec des gens accueillants. Paysage à couper le souffle, domaine skiable incroyable où ski de fond sur les lacs gelés, en bref une super expérience dépaysante. Nous reviendrons.

Wonderful Stay in Tirano I recently stayed at this apartment in Tirano, and it was a fantastic experience. The location is perfect – close to the train station, restaurants, and shops, making it very convenient for exploring the town and taking the Bernina Express. The apartment itself was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was very comfortable, and the kitchen had all the essentials for cooking meals. The Wi-Fi was fast, which was a big plus. The host was incredibly kind and helpful, providing great recommendations for local attractions and restaurants. Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free. Overall, I highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Tirano. I would definitely stay here again!

Soggiorno perfetto! Enrica è stata molto gentile e disponibile, pronta a rispondere a qualsiasi domanda. La casa corrispondeva esattamente alla descrizione: molto graziosa, pulita, accogliente e ben curata. Inoltre, la posizione è ottima, vicino al centro del paese e comoda per esplorare la zona. Consigliatissima!

Abbiamo passato un weekend nel residence per scappare dal caldo di Milano, e direi che è stato tutto perfetto! Casa ordinata e accogliente, l'ambiente è davvero piacevole. Anche gli ambienti esterni sono pazzeschi, danno una vista spettacolare sulle montagne. Posto auto in box comodo e pratico. Unica pecca è la strada per arrivare al residence, ma direi che per godere di una vista del genere è d'obbligo. Super consigliato!

Host gentilissimi e sempre disponibili a soddisfare ogni richiesta. Appartamento magnifico in una realtà stupenda che permetteva di essere a Bormio ma allo stesso tempo di potersi godere le luci della città e delle stelle durante la notte.

Wir verbrachten einige schöne Spätherbsttage im Engadin, Tino & Melissa‘s Wohnung waren ein toller Ausgangspunkt für unsere Wanderungen im Oberengadin. Gut ausgestattete & gemütliche Wohnung, gute ÖV Verbindungen trotz Zwischensaison nach St. Moritz, Maloja und Pontresina.

Matteo e Arno sono due host impeccabili, l’accoglienza che ci hanno riservato e la loro estrema disponibilità sono state la ciliegina sulla torta per una baita meravigliosa in un posto da sogno: esattamente quello che ci voleva per coccolarsi e ricaricare le pile. Voglio già tornare!!!
