We had a very nice stay. Hold on a weekend. Alba's house is great in all respects. Careful in every detail and very well equipped for a not only short stay. It is located in the center of the historic center of Ardesio, which allows you to have everything at your fingertips. Alba was very helpful in communicating. I hope we'll be able to come back as soon as possible.

From the colorful & comfortable bedroom with a nice view. .to waking up to a homemade organic local breakfast with so much love put into It. We left satisfied in every department. We were relaxed & rejuvenated with enjoyable conversation from Maria. She’s honestly the sweetest, and you can see her love and passion for her B&B truly can’t wait to come back!

Super equipped apartment, tidy and furnished with attention to every detail. It was among the cleanest apartments we have stayed in. Monica proved to be precise and very helpful. We felt really well received. All the people we met in the place were really kind.

We absolutely loved our stay! We had the best time. Mery was incredibly helpful and so friendly throughout our entire stay and was always available when we had questions :) The place is stunning, the spa is incredible and the breakfast delivered to the room is awesome. we spent a few days in Valtellina with the family and in Monica's apartment we felt at home! The apartment is lovely, very clean and equipped with every comfort. Within walking distance you can find grocery stores and a supermarket. In about 15 minutes by car you can reach the departure of the Bernina Train. I would gladly come back!

Everything was perfect, wonderful hospitality, always present and available. Convenient location. I recommend it. I'll definitely be back. Very clean.

we opted for Edoardo's house as there were 10 of us girls and we wanted to be all together. the house has a double bedroom on the 1st floor with kitchen and living room and 1 bathroom on the ground floor, a single room with 8 beds and 1 bathroom. tastefully furnished, clean space and clean towels and linens provided. highly recommended!!!!

Convenient, comfortable and functional apartment, the well-kept garden allows you to enjoy the outdoor space. The garage is large. And we appreciated the discount for entry to the spa. A positive experience that we would like to repeat in the future.

Great place to stay near Bormio. Everything was very clean and well-kept, with a well-equipped kitchen. We found everything we needed for our stay. Nearby we found bars, restaurants and other activities reachable by car.

roberto's structure is new and very clean. The hosts were kind and very courteous. Also suitable for children! amazing home-made breakfast! we'll be back.

Our host was very accommodating because we arrived slightly early to check in. The roads to the air b&b were scary but the views were AMAZING. Her place was so cute, extremely comfortable and inviting. She made us an awesome breakfast that i loved so much. If you are OK with windy roads, I'd definitely recommend this one.

Lorenza is very kind. Quick in his responses and precise in the directions. She has activated through her contacts to help us with various things. The house is very nice. There are ten minutes of bends to get there but they were not a problem (and we made them at night!). And anyway it's the “price” you need for the view and the peace that the place has to offer. Of all the places I visited in Italy, this is by far my favorite! I absolutely cannot wait to return! Such a beautiful place to stay and very centrally located for fun day trips.

This is a hidden gem. Absolutely perfect in every way! The photos don’t do it justice. Beautiful rooms - very clean, lovely furniture, large and spacious, glorious bathroom with a steamer/Turkish bath, comfortable bed and pillows, two bedrooms with good quality bunk bed for children too. Local wines provided in the room fridges. The breakfast provided was enormous and included huge pastries and croissants, muesli and fruit, cereal, biscuits, toasted sandwiches, and good coffee! It was lovely. The service from Mrs Giulia was wonderful. Anything you need, she is there to help. The airbnb also has the most stunning rooftop views, including a rooftop pool. There are some lovely walks you can do nearby. And I highly recommend eating at Osteria Lanzati (downstairs) - delicious food, impeccable service. A fine dining experience! They were also very kind to our fussy two young children, and made them feel very welcome. Thank you for a lovely relaxing stay. We will certainly be back!
