Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Tiny

This is a wonderful apartment in the heart of downtown Midland. Shelby was an excellent host giving a perfect description for how to locate it since its address and entrance are not on the same street. The apartment is exactly as shown in the pictures -- no surprises. It is so nice to have a washer and dryer that we could use while there. The kitchen was well supplied with utensils and cooking pots -- everything was very clean. We would try to book this apartment again when visiting Midland. The only drawback is the stairs to enter the apartment. There is only an outdoor stairway to access it and if the weather had been bad, it would have been more difficult to bring our things in and out.

Great spot, very clean wonderful communication

This rental was just like the photos. Clean and bright. The only thing I will highlight is that there wasn’t a lot to work with in the kitchen. If you are staying for an extended amount of time, check with Chant for specific kitchen items to see what you need to bring!

Natalya and Victor’s place was outstanding for our extended stay of two weeks, this was our second time there and everything was perfect. It was a 1-50 year snow event this year but very responsive to clear snow. They are lovely caring people that love sharing their home. Quiet neighborhood and strongly recommend your stay in Barrie.

Okay, here's a simpler version: Amazing hosts and a fantastic place! They were so welcoming and helpful, and the listing was even better in person – super clean, stylish, and had everything we needed. We loved the cute little note reviews (wish I could have left one but I was in such a rush the day of checkout, so I’m leaving them an awesome review here to compensate😅). The location was perfect for literally anything- walking, shopping, restaurants, nature etc. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back! Highly recommend!

Ali and his place was fantastic and a sigh of relief in a stressful situation. I had a pipe burst in my apartment and had to book a place ASAP. Ali was super helpful, responsive and flexible with my situation. It felt like a nice relaxing staycation, wide open concept apartment and very spacious. Super peaceful neighborhood close to everything. I even had to extend the stay last minute, Ali accommodated this graciously. Too boot I forgot to clear out a drawer on my check out that had some super sentimental items that could not be replaced. I even forgot about them in the frenzy of life events. Ali notified me and arranged to have the forgotten items returned instead of just throwing them away. 10/10 stay, host, location. Would recommend and book again. Thanks Ali, and Family!

We stayed for a month at Jomana's place and were very happy with it! It's spacious, well-equipped in the kitchen and feels like home. Internet is very fast. There was a lot of snow in Barrie and Jomana always took care of it, which we were so appreciative of. When unforeseen maintenance issues came up, Jomana immediately took care of the issue and did it in the most considerate way for our scheduling. She truly goes above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable. We would stay here again!

Amazing place to stay feels like home and lot of options around

Spent a wonderful weekend at this home while visiting family nearby! The house is very spacious and the kitchen was stocked with all the dishes and cookware we needed to make our own meals. The en-suite bathrooms for each bedroom was a great bonus. We were all very impressed, and would happily stay here again next time!

Very nice place. Newly built, lots of space.

It's a great spot. Definitely good for families. We used it as a space to eat, sleep, and explored the night life. Kitchen was stocked with what we need, even with some extras. Everyone who stayed had positive things to say about the space. You do need to be mindful of the neighbours for noise levels. We tried to be respectful and we got no complaints for noise. I would recommend this if you are a respectful bunch of adults going and definitely for families. The park is right now front, and there was family's and kids out and about.

Ali is a wonderful host. He went above and beyond during my stay. The place is recently renovated and very nice! It is right near a great little park.

We booked Kathi's place for a volleyball tournament at Durham College/TUO and it was PERFECT. About 1.5km from the gym, lots of everything we needed close by. The house was immaculate. It is very new and everything worked perfectly. The small appliances present were exactly what we needed. The space was well laid out so couples could socialize or have their own space. The number of bathrooms was a massive bonus. Zero issues ever as each couple basically had their own. Kathi's communication is the Platinium Standard for AirBnB. She literally had answers to us within 10 minutes every time, which wasn't often but it was a major help to know she was right there. I would highly recommend her place if you are in the Durham area. It is large, clean, well fitted/laid out, and fresh. She has also priced it fairly and I think in the area she is excellent value for what you receive.

We had a great stay at this place. It was spacious, charming, peaceful and clean. The location was great with a grocery and fruit/vegetable stand across the street, coffee shop, and close to major attractions. The host was very responsive and accommodating. We have a wonderful time at Sabine's place, which was an ideal space in every way. It was beautiful, well laid out, and had everything we needed. Sabine was very responsive and accommodating. We would gladly go back when we are next at Blue Mountain.

Excellent place by a fantastic host. The place was clean, well located and has everything you would need such as kitchen utensils, games + TV, and plenty of clean quality towels. Ulana and Amir were also very friendly and responsive. We enjoyed our stay a lot.

We had a great stay! The place was incredibly clean, and had everything we needed and more. We felt right at home, and communication with the host was excellent! Everything was easy to find. There was an awful snow storm over the weekend that we stayed, but the place was so cozy and clean, we were happy to stay in and binge watch some Netflix :) I can’t recommend Jennifer Nicole’s place enough!

Shahed's place at Friday Harbour is beautiful and well appointed. He gave very clear instructions for entry and parking, including photos. The condo was clean and had all the amenities needed, even extra charging cables for devices! The space was comfortable and uncluttered. Shahed was great at communicating and always responded quickly to any questions. Friday Harbour has activities and restaurants available on weekends in the winter and is a fun engaging place by the harbour in the spring, summer and early fall. We were there in the early part of the week in February so the harbourfront was quiet but still nice for a stroll. We spent time in both Barrie (20 minutes away) and Orillia (about 50 minutes away).

It was the best location in the village, and it was quiet and the sound of the stream was friendly. If you are skiing during the ski season, it would be very convenient because the bottom of the slope and the entrance to the building are in contact. The interior was clean and well-organized. Kadri's place was fantastic for our getaway during the spring. The location is close to town and her placs was exactly as advertised. We had a very easy check in in lots of instructions around the house with how to use things. The place came stocked with a plethora of Appliances, including a blender, lots of chopping boards and a fridge with condiments as well as some ingredients for making salads like olive oil and spices. The bed was extremely comfortable and the place was neat and tidy.When we came in. Kadre was extremely responsive and helped us navigate through the town as well as with things to do. I would highly recommend this place for a couple or two people with a couple kids, as there is a pull out couch in the main area.
