Our new apartment "Upper Beach" is located on the 2nd floor, easily accessible via an elevator. You have a separate bedroom, kitchen and a large living room with sofa bed and sunny balcony. The house is located right in the center of Timmendorfer Strand. If you want to live so centrally, you sometimes have to expect some hustle and bustle and noise in the high season. Restaurants, cafes and numerous shopping are within walking distance. The beach is about 150 meters away.

The cozy apartment directly on the Niendorf harbor offers you and her family a great place to stay by the sea. Located on a former shipyard site, you can reach the beach in a few minutes walking distance. The apartment was newly renovated in February 2025.
