Since November 2019, lovingly renovated single house with 80m² living space invites families to relax, whether for a cozy weekend or an exploration of the Lauenburg Lake District and the Schaalsee Biosphere Reserve. Large living-dining area, 2 bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom, veranda as well as a cozy garden with large terrace (see photos). The location is ideal for day trips: about 25 minutes to Lübeck, 40 minutes to Schwerin, 45 minutes to the Baltic Sea beach or 50 minutes to Hamburg City.

The 33 sqm separate non-smoking apartment is located on the first floor in a quiet courtyard of an old town house. Within walking distance are all the sights and several supermarkets open Mon to Sat until 11 pm. The apartment is large enough for 2 people, offers enough closets and shelves, even for a longer stay.

On the 1700 square meter and well-kept property are the main house with the apartments Strandgut, Kompass and Ausguck and the four cottages Backbord, Steuerbord, Kapitän and Kajüte. The cottages are winter-proof and are rented year-round. Each unit has its own terrace or spacious balcony where you can comfortably enjoy the sun. A washing machine and dryer are available on site in the laundry room for a fee for each guest.
