50 m from the beach/seawater swimming pool, you can enjoy peace and quiet in the ground floor apartment in a small apartment building. The paths to the bakery, Edeka, etc. are within walking distance. The pier, promenade and a variety of gastronomic options are also within easy reach. Relaxing days are pre-programmed. Our new apartment "Upper Beach" is located on the 2nd floor, easily accessible via an elevator. You have a separate bedroom, kitchen and a large living room with sofa bed and sunny balcony. The house is located right in the center of Timmendorfer Strand. If you want to live so centrally, you sometimes have to expect some hustle and bustle and noise in the high season. Restaurants, cafes and numerous shopping are within walking distance. The beach is about 150 meters away.

The apartment has two bedrooms, a living/dining area with kitchen island, a bathroom, a sauna and a large roof terrace facing the sea.
