Beach-close apartment

50 m from the beach/seawater swimming pool, you can enjoy peace and quiet in the ground floor apartment in a small apartment building. The paths to the bakery, Edeka, etc. are within walking distance. The pier, promenade and a variety of gastronomic options are also within easy reach. Relaxing days are pre-programmed. For personal hygiene, please bring your own towels/linen or send info on the need (surcharge 10 EUR/person). Tourist tax/Baltic Sea Card for 2 is included.

Upper Beach - balcony, right in the center, close to the beach

Our new apartment "Upper Beach" is located on the 2nd floor, easily accessible via an elevator. You have a separate bedroom, kitchen and a large living room with sofa bed and sunny balcony. The house is located right in the center of Timmendorfer Strand. If you want to live so centrally, you sometimes have to expect some hustle and bustle and noise in the high season. Restaurants, cafes and numerous shopping are within walking distance. The beach is about 150 meters away.

"Goldmädchen - Honeymoon Suite" A luxury-class beach villa welcomes you on the first sea line. The 125-year-old villa "Goldmädchen" was faithfully renovated in 2021. The result is four spacious, modern and exclusively equipped apartments. Enjoy the view over the Bay of Lübeck from the rooftop terrace of the Goldmädchen. The apartment has two bedrooms, a living/dining area with kitchen island, a bathroom, a sauna and a large roof terrace facing the sea.

Enjoy the moment in the 1-room apartment with full bathroom and separate kitchen on the Baltic Sea. The apartment is on the 2nd floor of the apartment building, and is very close to the beach. The seawater salt bath is opposite the apartment and the promenade with its restaurants and cafes, as well as shopping facilities, are within a 5-minute walk. For walks with your four-legged friend or bike rides, the steep coast along the Broden shore is ideal.

Relax with the whole family on one floor with a spacious garden. The house was completely renovated and lovingly refurbished between 2021 and 2023. The large, covered terrace including seating area, outdoor fireplace, barbecue, darts and sauna leaves nothing to be desired even in the rain. Niendorfer harbor, beach, Edeka, Vogelpark and Hemmelsdorfer See are within walking distance. A handcart is available for excursions.

The apartment is about 62 sqm and bright & sunny. It offers a view over the vast Baltic Sea with sailboats.
