The apartment is located on the 1st floor of the apartment building, and is located very close to the beach. The seawater salt bath is opposite the apartment and also the promenade with its restaurants and cafes, as well as shopping can be reached in less than 5 minutes on foot. For walks with your four-legged friend or bike rides, the steep coast along the Broden shore is ideal.

The house has a size of 100 m2 and is equipped with an opaque and furnished terrace. There are also two car parking spaces and storage facilities for bicycles in front of the house, under the carport. We will provide you with free WiFi. Upon prior registration, we will be happy to provide you with a children's travel cot and high chair. As well as a laundry pack consisting of bed linen and towels, available for a fee and previous registration.

The apartment consists of a bedroom, a large living area with an open, modern kitchen, bathroom and two large terraces overlooking an idyllic garden. It is located just 800 meters from the beach and the city center. If you don't feel like going to the beach, you can take a leisurely walk in the adjacent forest and then relax in the communal sauna.

The cozy apartment directly on the Niendorf harbor offers you and her family a great place to stay by the sea. Located on a former shipyard site, you can reach the beach in a few minutes walking distance. The apartment was newly renovated in February 2025. With the well-equipped kitchen, you can optimally cater for yourself. On request, a barrel sauna is available directly to the nearest beach at an extra cost (only in winter).
