We are pleased that you are interested in our beautiful 68 m² apartment. The apartment is very centrally located, so that you can reach the city center on foot in 10-15 minutes, for example. Nearby is also a beautiful lake, which you can reach in just 5 minutes on foot and which you can circle in about 2h-2.5h with a nice walk in nature. Beautiful cottage with a closed nature ground and view to the golf course. Only 400 meters away from the beach with jetty. The house is very light with a combined kitchen and livingroom. It has 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with sauna and 1 extra WC. In front of the house there is a beautiful 100 m3 porch. The cottage is equipped with a satellite-TV, DVD-player, WI-FI, microwave, washing machine and a tumble dryer in one. Futhermore there is an outdoor fishing cleaning space and a shed with a freezer.
