Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Tibas

Rita was an amazing host during my long weekend in San Jose. She always greeted me in the morning & asked what I had planned & ensured I had a reliable transportation (I Ubered everywhere being a solo female traveler). The room was exactly what I needed for the few days & very clean. While I didn’t use the kitchen there were clear instructions & Rita let me know there was space in the fridge if I had brought anything back. If I’m ever back in the city I will be booking with Rita again, cannot recommend enough!

We stayed for about a month and the house fit our needs well.The property and neighborhood felt safe. The back garden is private. The kitchen had most things needed to make meals. We used the toaster oven because it worked better than the stove oven. There was grocery shopping and a park with workout equipment nearby. Marcela was very responsive whenever an issue arose which was much appreciated.

A second home, great service, comfortable room with everything you need, and Lilia is the host that every traveler deserves. They helped make my trip easier and for that I am tremendously grateful, Pura Vida!

My wife and I loved staying at Roberto's home. Roberto and Yafa were great hosts and check in was easy. The house was cozy and we dug the mixture of wood and local stone that they have. Neighborhood was a chill residential spot. We enjoyed the Parque de Cuatro Reinas de Tibás park and had tasty food around the corner at Caribbean Flavor restaurant. We'd definitely stay again. The room is pretty decent for the cost in San Jose, the location is close to Barrio Escalante and Walmart so pretty handy. The kitchen is pretty well equipped for cooking, and the WiFi was sufficient for working.

Excellent service, the manager is always attentive, very central, everything you need in the kitchen and if not, my children were fascinated with the bathtub and playground on the corner

The place is really very beautiful, modern and with all the amenities, excellent, the pillows are very nice, the pool, the courts, gym, everything, we loved it... we'll stay here again if we get the chance...

It is a comfortable and pleasant place. Its recreational areas are very nice and offer various options to enjoy the space. Also, its location is quite accessible to visit other sites of interest in San Jose, Costa Rica.

We love Núcleo Sabana, and the spacious accommodation allowed us to spend a week as a family comfortably!!

it's was a nice place beside the dogs barking all day and no central air but other then that it was great the host was amazing they help make the stay easy and gave so many places to eat and so many places to go

I've stayed at three different luxury buildings in San Jose and this was by far the best. The location is central, and you have all the trappings of a resort at your disposal: two pools, a gym, sauna and lovely rooftop spaces for working and lounging, with great views. There's an upscale food court across from the building, where everything is excellent, including the coffee at Cafe Etiopia, and even a small convenience store. The place costs a little bit more than some like it, but we were glad to have the two bathrooms. We discovered a bunch of "hidden" amenities, like umbrellas, rain ponchos, and extra chargers. In the kitchen you even have an air fryer, blender, and toaster. Communication with the host was cordial and prompt. We'd not only come back again, but would buy a condo just like this one if we hit the lottery.

I want to extend a heartfelt thank you to Francisco for the hospitality he provided us. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how impeccable everything was: each space was perfectly equipped and extremely clean. The green areas are beautiful, well maintained, and convey an indescribable peace. In addition, his attention was exceptional, always attentive to our messages and willing to help, a place that exceeds expectations.

The apartment is super quiet and has a 10/10 construction quality. The amenities on the terrace are like a 5-star hotel Esteban is a great host, he even went to measure the noise before completing my reservation to ensure there was no noise (I'm a maniac about that). That's getting involved! Thank you so much! The house had all the utensils, and also in my case there was oil, salt, etc. and all that stuff you don't want to go out and buy for a short stay. Comfortable bed It's neither hot nor cold. I have nothing negative to say or suggestions for improvement because the truth is I really didn't find any problems! I'll be back

I've been in this apartment from January to June (with only one month in between), so that already says a lot: if I stayed that long, it's because it's wonderful. The place is impeccable, one of the best apartments that can be rented in the area. Ideal for one or two people, very comfortable, perfectly equipped and well organized. Mario, the host, was always attentive, decisive and attentive to every detail. Communication has been excellent from day one. I would definitely stay here again!

This apartment is the one I would like to stay at every time I have to go to San Jose. After a busy day in the city, it's the perfect place to relax and rest, it is very quiet neighborhood and the location is very convenient as it is very easy to get to. The kitchen is well equipped, with good stainless steel pots so I would have even be able to cook a meal! Very comfortable bed, a perfect walk-in closet and all the appliances I needed. Sheyla is very helpful and attentive, she replies promptly to all messages and is very kind! I highly recommend this apartment and hope to be able stay here on my next trip to San José!
