Great apartment for two to four people. Very good layout, nice that coffee and sugar were provided. Good large kitchen and small kitchen as a plus. Nice beds, better lighting than in most places. For us, the location was great, but it is a busy city urban area with moderate traffic on the adjoining street. Still, it is very quiet in two of the rooms, and the front room is to my early filled with the wonderful sounds of a real Central America neighborhood. Communication with Kendra was flawless.

Mainor was super nice to us, we arrived with 5 young people and he offered to be our adoptive dad so I think we got along well. He even gave us a bottle and offered activities, I really recommend it! Thank you so much for this stay!!!

The place is spacious, comfortable and equipped with everything one needs. Super cute and private. Even though it's a condominium, you can't hear the neighbors. It has a beautiful patio where you can hear the birds. I enjoyed listening to some music and being there. I was even greeted with a bottle of wine. I'm so grateful. I hope to return 🫶

We had a great time staying in this house. It’s a beautiful house with all the facilities you need for a little longer stay. The host was always responsive for any needs. The patio and backyard is very beautiful. The kitchen is well stocked. If you are very sensitive to traffic noise, you may have a problem first couple of sleeping. Closing the windows controls the noise to a large extent. The neighborhood is very safe. Overall we had a very good stay and truly recommend this place to everyone. the house was cozy and quiet, perfect place to relax

Johnnys place was perfect. His apartment had everything you needed - washer and dryer, hair dryer, even a clothes steamer. The apartment was in a super safe area and not far from downtown San Jose and places like Central Market. The balcony view was amazing and the rooftop pool -- unbeatable. I absolutely recommend this spot !!!

If you want to be in San Jose but still feel like you have some nature, then this is the place to stay. The apartment itself is a bit small but efficient. It has lots of great amenities and cool restaurants access. The host was excellent and communicated well. I would stay here again.

Very nice, small, modern apartment.

I spent a couple of days with my family and we really liked the place. We took advantage of the common areas and the restaurants, which makes it very practical without the need to travel by vehicle. Another important factor is the location of the building, which is good if you have to be in the San José area. The host Salvador was always attentive to any questions.

From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how impeccable everything was: each space was perfectly equipped and extremely clean. The green areas are beautiful, well maintained, and convey an indescribable peace. The apartment is super quiet and has a 10/10 construction quality. The amenities on the terrace are like a 5-star hotel Esteban is a great host, he even went to measure the noise before completing my reservation to ensure there was no noise (I'm a maniac about that). That's getting involved! Thank you so much! The house had all the utensils, and also in my case there was oil, salt, etc. and all that stuff you don't want to go out and buy for a short stay. Comfortable bed It's neither hot nor cold. I have nothing negative to say or suggestions for improvement because the truth is I really didn't find any problems! I'll be back

I've been in this apartment from January to June (with only one month in between), so that already says a lot: if I stayed that long, it's because it's wonderful. The place is impeccable, one of the best apartments that can be rented in the area. Ideal for one or two people, very comfortable, perfectly equipped and well organized. Mario, the host, was always attentive, decisive and attentive to every detail. Communication has been excellent from day one. I would definitely stay here again!

This place was spectacular. Everything was as described. The pool was beautiful and not overcrowded no matter what time of day. The kitchen was well equipped to cook a good meal even though there is multiple restaurants across the street so you probably won't cook much lol. Silvia was a great host and very responsive. Will definitely stay at one of her properties again.
