Was a great place to stay!

We had a wonderful long weekend in Franziska's apartment! The quiet and relaxing rural environment was perfect. The apartment corresponded exactly to the description, was bright, very cozy and with a large balcony, which we could use excellently for eating. From the apartment we were able to walk directly to hiking trails, and in a few minutes' drive we reached other unique hiking trails. Communication with Franziska was first-class before and during our stay, and we were even allowed to check in earlier. We can fully recommend Franziska's AirBnb and definitely want to come back!

Upon our arrival, Annette greeted us very warmly and guided through the beautiful apartment and everything necessary was explained very well. The apartment was super clean and very tastefully furnished. Arrive and feel good! The kitchen is very well equipped. The bathroom leaves nothing to be desired. The boxes with hygiene products prepared for husband and wife were also very great. The area invites you to take nice walks. By car to Bayreuth or Kulmbach is great! Everything was a great fit. We highly recommend Annette's place. Annette is a very warm person and her family is also very kind. We will be happy to come back!

Small but nice, well-furnished accommodation, perfect for a few days of vacation. You have everything you need without too much unnecessary stuff lying around. We felt very comfortable. The only thing that bothered us a little was the church bells, which still rang in between late at night.
