The adjoining terrace and garden invite you to relax.

Cozy studio apartment in quiet residential area, close to the center, with views over Bayreuth and unique sunsets. You can walk to downtown Bayreuth in a 20-minute walk. The train station and an Aldi can be reached in about 8 minutes on foot. The Festspielhaus can be reached in about 15 minutes. A large natural park, the former grounds of the state garden show, can be reached in 10 minutes. You can park right in front of the residential complex, along the road.

Vollausgestattete Küche mit Geschirrspüler, Boxspring-Matratzen im Kingsize Bett, Balkon mit Südausrichtung und Smart-TV, Waschmaschine im Bad vorhanden. Parkplatz für ein Fahrzeug vorhanden.
