This is a nice place to stay. It is very accessible because there are numerous restaurants, convenience stores, and coffee shops in the vicinity. Especially it is very close to Sai Gon's center.

Great place, stocked with everything you need. Good quiet location in Thao Dien but still close enough to walk to anywhere.

I had a mixed experience at this property. The flat was luxurious with exceptional facilities and stunning views, which earned it a 5-star rating in my book. However, the logistics of getting luggage from the entrance to the flat were a major hassle due to the no-vehicle policy inside the premises. It would be great if this could be considered for future guests, especially those with heavy luggage.

Host was very helpful and was very responsive. kept guiding me right thru my stay. The rooms were spacious and clean .The host helped me to keep my luggage post my check out time which was very nice of them . in fact they offered to get it picked up and keep it safely which is very rare of any . This is a wonderful quiet place to stay in Ho Chi Minh City, with wonderful swimming pools and private walking areas around the apartments, as well as some restaurants, coffee shops, a Korean chicken restaurant, and a small market. Getting rides from GRAB (like Uber) is easy to go to other areas in town, like Thao Dien or District 1. I would highly recommend this place!

Thao is a great host, she always check in with us. The apartment is close to everything, very convenient, clean and tidy. I gave 4 stars for the value if you travel as a family for 4 person. But if for a couples then it is better to stay at the hotel.

Beautiful room, light, cozy decor. The lobby is nice, the receptionists and the security are very friendly. The internal utilities are very good, the pool is large, there is a very ideal place to walk.

This apartment has a very secure area and peace environment, easy to find and easy to get to those tourist sites. Host are friendly with a team to follow up everything include some pick up and keep bag services. Definitely will return back to this lovely and warm apartment.

it is very far from the airport and main city but it is worth staying here as resident for a week or long to enjoy the fast developing city

The host was so kind ~ Even though it was late at night, they welcomed our family ~ Needless to say, the house was so cozy and comfortable. The cleaner is also a really warm and nice person. My family and friends rent this house for April 30. The house is centrally located, convenient transportation, large alley accessible, quiet.
