Great unit to stay in D1. Close to convenience store and super market. Walkable to my favourite banh cuon restaurant. Had some issues with the card not working for the lock. Building was well kept. Pool was beautiful, gym was well equipped for a gym rat like myself. Great value.

Our stay at Opera Residence was absolutely gorgeous—truly one of the best accommodations we’ve experienced, even better than some five-star hotels we’ve stayed in. The attention to detail in the design, comfort, and high-level amenities made our experience unforgettable. One of the highlights was the bathroom—spacious, modern, and beautifully designed. We especially loved the LG dryer in the closet, which was such a convenient touch. The entire space felt luxurious, well-maintained, and incredibly comfortable. The view from our room was stunning, and despite being in a central location, it was remarkably quiet. The thick, noise-canceling windows made a huge difference, allowing us to enjoy a peaceful and restful stay. Another standout feature was the beautiful pool—a perfect place to relax and unwind. Kevin is a great host—very responsive and attentive, always ready to help. The apartment at The Marq, which is probably the most sought-after condo in HCMC, is fantastic, clean, and equipped with all the amenities you need for a more than comfortable stay. The location in District 1 is excellent, putting you right in the heart of Ho Chi Minh City with easy access to everything. The facilities on the 25th floor are also great—the infinity pool, gym, and sauna are high-quality and elevate the overall experience. Additionally, the library was a perfect workspace, offering a quiet and comfortable environment to get things done. Would I rebook here? Absolutely—that’s a yes!

The apartment corresponds to the description and photos with a beautiful view of the city, there is a large swimming pool, a gym and much more on the territory, the house is located near the city center. There is everything you need nearby, a grocery store, a pharmacy, a massage. The owner of the apartment is very responsive and always in touch, we are very glad that we chose this particular apartment ❤️

The apartment is in a modern condo with an amazing rooftop pool and gym. In the surroundings you can find several bars and restaurants. The city center is 10 min away by Grab. Perfect for a short stay!

Amazing stay in a centrally located spot in District 1! The Airbnb was modern, super clean, and felt very safe. Each room had its own AC unit, which kept the space nice and cool—perfect for the heat. The bedrooms, living area, and bathrooms were all spacious and comfortable, making it great for groups or longer stays. One thing to note: since it’s in a gated community with 24/7 security, Grab drivers and delivery services aren’t allowed to enter the complex, so you’ll need to meet them at the gate. A key fob is also required for entering and exiting the property, so make sure to keep it with you at all times. Overall, a great experience and would definitely stay here again!
