Conveniently located, the property is within walking distance of several general stores that are open 24 hours a day. This made it easy to pick up any essentials at any time. Overall, this Airbnb is an excellent choice for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay with an amazing view.

Lovely location and pretty easy to access to nearby restaurants/street foods. The room was clean but would be nicer if some air freshener is available to get rid of some neighbours cooking smell. The price is worth for the stay!

We stayed at this place for 7 days, during stay we felt like home, very comfy. The host is very responsive and always helpful. About surrounding, we also really liked the area, has lot of restaurants, cafe, mall, park etc. Especially if you stay here with family and kids, this place is for you. It was a raft period, so I stayed all the way in one accommodation, and it was good. However, there was no manager during the raft, so it was a bit of a pity that I couldn't clean in the middle, but I can't help it. I liked that the host was kind and the response was quick. I'll come again next time I get a chance.

I wanted to try something more authentic and genuine in the busy city of Saigon. But at the same time I want to have access to restaurants and shops so I went to Nhuong accomodation and I got it all. The room looks like on the photos and are clean and have everything you need. I can recommend this place to anyone coming to Saigon.

The room was clean, cozy and the wifi was strong. Perfect for both work and relaxing. Check-in was smooth and easy and the location was convenient with shops, cafes, and public transport nearby, close to everything but still quiet and peaceful. Great place for big groups,

We were 5 with my wife and our 3 kids. The apartment is big and cosy, perfectly situated, with access to a swiming pool! The host was easy to reach and very supportive! Excellent stay, excellent view!

We spent two weeks at Jay's apartment and it was very comfortable and in a good location. We had to do a little cleaning in the kitchen before using it, but otherwise the apartment was clean and had what we needed. The location was great because it was close to a major road and a mall, but set back enough to be quiet. There are a lot of good restaurants within walking distance.

Best place to stay in HCMC , this is just 10 mins walk to district 1 , easy to find grab bikes / Cars as location is very much familiar ,it's easy to get in and get out around the area .

Phuong was friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. Her accommodation was spotless, cozy, and thoughtfully arranged. The location was central and convenient. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again on my next trip. Thank you!

The apartment corresponds to the description and photos with a beautiful view of the city, there is a large swimming pool, a gym and much more on the territory, the house is located near the city center. There is everything you need nearby, a grocery store, a pharmacy, a massage. The owner of the apartment is very responsive and always in touch, we are very glad that we chose this particular apartment ❤️

Overall perfect stay. 10/10 Exceptionally clean, modern, very friendly communication. Although its not right in district 1, its still central and only takes a few minutes to get there. The building is new and modern. Has convenience stores, cafes and restaurants outside of the building. Super helpful and kind hosts. Helped us send something to us that we have forgotten in the apartment. Has a nice pool with views to the river, as well as gym and sauna, but needs face verification to enter, so i guess its only for longterm guests. Would come back again anytime.

The apartment is in a modern condo with an amazing rooftop pool and gym. In the surroundings you can find several bars and restaurants. The city center is 10 min away by Grab. Perfect for a short stay!

The room is very cozy, equipped with tableware and essential kitchen utensils. The furniture is a bit old, but overall it matches the pictures. The community is very pleasant, quiet, and perfect for evening strolls. There is a convenience store right downstairs, and there are also a café and a larger supermarket nearby. If I could extend my stay, I would definitely do so.
