Fitness-friendly vacation rentals in Thu Thiem

My first time staying in this location. I like the easy access to D1. The Airbnb was fantastic. I liked the hi tech clothes streamer! My gripe was not enough glasses for drinking.

Fantastic host ! So responsive , accommodated a half day stay because we arrived early at a fair cost ! Very much appreciated, we arrived at 6 am and didn’t want to wait til check in! During the stay they were very responsive. Can’t say enough good things about the location and the amenities. Wow ! Everything you could ask for and MORE. You will NOT get these amenities at a hotel & I frequent at high end hotels - some of which make you pay for their saunas and pools. This place had it ALL! Location wise it was close to the epicentre of all the action but just outside and peaceful / close to wonderful street vendors and restaurants which we ate at daily and preferred over many of the restaurants. Don’t think twice about booking this stay . It’s great! One thing to be aware of is the mattress is very firm ( I like this but not all do so be aware ). 10/10 stay and hosts !

We chose this new residence because we have friends in District 2. But wanted to see something different from Masteri (which has the benefit to be walking distance from Megamall). No regrets at the contrary: it is a premium residence. The appartment is exactly as per the picture, gorgeous. The view to the river from the 2 rooms and the living room is just stunning. Self Check in and check out was super smooth. I love the reactivity of the landlord, replies were super fast. We did not have the time to check out the swimming pool though so no comments. We loved the Japanese toilets!!! LOL!!! Always wanted to try, now it is box checked. Would definitely recommend or return here. Easy to reach or travel around with Grab and many nice places around: Annam supermarket, coffee / tea shop (we liked 3 o'clock coffee next door), restaurants (Hum is next door).

Everything was very clean from bed sheets to floor. All the amenities were amazing and located close to everything. All of the ac worked and furniture was modern.

Thank you for your hospitality and attentive care. The building has a nice swimming pool and a gym, which was great. The area is convenient with many grocery stores nearby (some open late), pharmacies, and a riverwalk not far away. The house is easy to find, and taxis have no problem reaching it. The apartment has everything needed for a stay — hairdryer, washing machine, steamer, and more. Maybe I would add a corkscrew (I don’t drink alcohol, but it would be useful for those who drink wine) and a ladle for soup. Check-in and check-out were smooth. The host was attentive and responded quickly to all questions. Overall, the stay was calm and comfortable. Thank you and all the best!

I had a wonderful stay here. The unit was clean, comfortable, and just as described. What truly made the experience special was the host – kind, caring, and always responsive. They went out of their way to ensure I felt at home, and their attention to detail didn’t go unnoticed. I’m grateful for the hospitality and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Vien’s place is centrally located in D3 and very close to D1. Place is clean and spotless and host was always really responsive. The only downside was the bed is really hard which did hurt my back a little but overall a very good place and good location and highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at Thuy’s place. From the moment we arrived, she made us feel incredibly welcome and at home. The space was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. What really stood out was Thuy’s warmth and hospitality. she went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and even took the time to chat, which made our experience even more special. We truly appreciated her kindness and will definitely be back. Thank you, Thuy, for such a lovely stay.

My wife and I had a pleasant stay. Spacious, clean, and easily accessible. The Viacom mall was only 100 yards away. We were able to locate many Korean restaurants nearby as well. The host was exceptionally patient and kind, providing all the necessary information for our comfortable stay. I would come back and stay again.

Very helpful and responsive host. Room was nice and clean, looked like photos and well equipped. There are convenient stores, mini supermarket and pharmacy downstairs. Prime location.

LinDa apartment was awesome. Super clean, well furnished and interior design. You can well that this apartment was set up as home. Highly recommended. On top of that, the location (District 4) is great, since I just needed to cross the Bridge "Cau Mong" to get to District 1 and this just took me like 10 mins by walking. LinDa is super friendly and helpful as well. I will definitely come back.

Great host, will book again

It was such a good stay for my little family. Felt like home for us, especially travelling with an infant.

Needless to say, we kept coming back here because it's probably the best location we've ever stayed in Ho Chi Minh City. The location is quiet but very close to all he action, shops, and great eateries you expect from the city. And when we get back home, there is a wonderful feeling of serenity away from the bustle all around. The apartment is so very clean and immaculate that we feel it's almost like our home. We stayed for 1 month and communication with Nancy and JJ was so seemless, friendly and with extra care. This is our go-to place everyone we are in town, and we've personally recommended it to our friends and relatives. I've stayed a many places in Ho Chi Minh over the years, even at high end hotels, and there is simply no place like this apartment and neighborhood. This neighborhood is so clean and safe that runners often run in groups through the streets and there are lots of places to eat and a high end shopping mall just a few minutes' walk away. Always a joy to be here.

Highly recommend !!!! Host is super friendly and amazing. Very quick response if you need any helps or recommends. The place is very clean and tidy. It’s a breath-taking view from the balcony. I imagined that it is 5-star hotel room when I took my first step into the place. Everything is well decorated. This is my best choice I’ve ever had when choosing a place to stay. Thank Dai for being a great host. Definitely coming back here in the future !!!

A great space to stay, the household necessities are fully complete. Very convenience for us while have a work journey there.
