Karen and Jim were lovely hosts for a beautiful property that completely met our needs. This was our second time staying here and we will be back again. Both the property and the hosts made it comfortable and welcoming. We look forward to the homemade lemon cake!

Great space, very soothing environment. It should be noted - for anyone who has issues about complete privacy - that this property looks onto the same garden space as another of Diane’s lodges. Pro-tip if you don’t want to drive or pub-lunch - bring groceries as there isn’t a local shop.

I had a fantastic week in this lovely little place, it was peaceful, comfortable and private. Steve was very friendly and helpful and couldn't do enough for you. The place was spotless and I felt at home straight away! I am looking forward to staying there again and I would fully recommend this accommodation to anyone.

Amazing location, very quiet and peaceful. The place was spotless. Plenty of room for 4-6 people. Bathroom and en-suite so no queues in the morning. Tea coffee etc provided and all cutlery and crockery was clean. Bedrooms were comfortable and there is plenty of seating in the main living area. All in all, a hidden gem definitely worth visiting for a quiet weekend away.
