Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Thornton Heath

I've been wanting to find a peaceful affordable private garden home to unwind and stumbled across this cute gem. The backyard is completely fenced in and the peaceful morning sounds was everything I needed. Very comfortable bed

The house was all we needed, the beds were ok, mattress needs an upgrade. Ammenities were really nice and clean. We asked for a fan in the rooms as it was pretty humid, Freddie was more than obliging and when we got Home from a day at the cricket we were greeted by 2 fans for us, very happy. The kitchen and its ammenities were great and all in perfect condition. We were really happy with both Freddie and the property. We will be back.

Wow what a beautiful place to stay. Manuela was a great host and was so helpful and responsive to any questions. The house is stunning and very homely. It’s in a great location with good parks and some lovely cafes, and quick walks to transport links. We would love to come and visit again one day :-)

Julia was always lovely and helpful if I needed anything. The house is beautiful, like home from home. The children and I slept so well due to the house being so peaceful and relaxing. The parking space at the back of the house is a blessing and then to be able to unload through the back of the house made life so much easier. Thanks Julia

George and Michelle have such a beautiful space! The little studio is the perfect size and has everything! They are extremely accommodating and communication was super easy! Also only a 5-10 minute walk to the shops and train station so the location is perfect Will definitely be staying here again

Athena's place is well located and easy to catch trains, underground, or buses. All kinds of restaurants within walking distance as are grocery stores. Clapham Common is a great place to people watch on a sunny day..

The property is in a very quiet neighborhood, not far from both subways on the front and back black lines, with a number of large supermarkets and convenient stores nearby. The house has a lovely little garden and is very cozy. We had a great stay and also cooked rice and coffee and tried Chris's wine hahaha. Recommended stay.

This is the most beautiful apartment. So clean and fresh and not a single thing I could fault about it. We had a great stay, very comfortable and safe. The parking is easy and an added bonus, the apartment is exactly as the pictures and of very high quality. The welcome supplies were very much appreciated after a long journey. We didn’t eat locally as we were visiting my daughter in nearby Surbiton, but there are many places to eat and drink on the doorstep. We had a wonderful stay. Book with confidence. James is a host everyone would wish for. He was always very responsive to any requests and he was also very friendly. His apartment had everything we needed and it really felt like home. The double travel cot that was available for my twins was just great as it made sleeping in the room feel like we were just in our own home. The apartment was sparkling on arrival and the kids loved it. Thanks for making our stay worthwhile. It is well appreciated. I highly recommend this place and will definitely consider it again in our next visit.

When traveling, our prefence defaults to boutique and The Perfect Apartment definitely fit the bill. The modern design and attention to detail in both layout and functionality makes it feel much roomier than a studio. Communication with Gary throughout the process was excellent and the guest magazine was thorough, detailed, and informative. This property truly exceeded our high expectations

Debbie was a great host from start to finish, super friendly and down to earth. The accommodation was great also, it had everything we needed and as described. We came to ride the local MTB trails and the location was perfect for it as well the accommodation. If your hiking you can do it straight from the accommodation to the local spots. Definitely would come back in the near future.

Highly recommended and great value. This was a great find. The roof terrace has wonderful views of the London skyline/landmarks and Mark was a great host. We used the buses (10 mins walk to bus stop) and Ubers to get around - both really easy from the apartment. The bedrooms are spacious and the bathrooms are modern and clean. There is lots of tech in the apartment which was fun and easy to use. The kitchen is really well equipped and the sofa is very comfortable. very minor note: People who are significantly higher than average height or width may find the rooftop access staircase a challenge. The apartment itself is really spacious.

The place was easy to find and Theresa was very lovely, allowing us to drop our bags off early and letting me know when the place was ready for us, she was really friendly. The place was spotless, clean bedding and pristine bathroom, with lots of spare towels and toilet roll. The beds were comfy and the tv in the bedroom was great, the duvet for both beds smelt lovely and was fresh, definitely a comfortable night sleep. The sofa bed was easy to use since Theresa left the manual out for us, as well as providing all the codes to get in and the wifi password. There was plenty of sugar and tea. The milk and fresh water was a greatly appreciated touch after a long day in London. The journey to central London took a while, but nothing too bad at all. We came back late at night after a concert and the area was so quiet and felt really safe. A 24hrs m&s about a ten minute walk away was really helpful for a late night pit stop. Would definitely recommend!

Great stay - public transportation is within a 10-15 minute walk tops, and the area has a ton of great restaurants. It was nice to return to after a busy day. The flat was very clean and Zoltan really thought of all of the small details from a hairdryer to laundry soap, and even had a welcome basket for us with snacks and wine! Definitely recommend staying here.

David’s place was amazing. It had every comfort you could want. David was incredibly helpful and responsive at every stage. The information he provided was extremely detailed. We thoroughly enjoyed and stay and would love to return again soon.

Easy walkup, very peaceful and secure, Max was communicative before, during and after our visit. Lovely place.

Fantastic location. Close to the very cosmopolitan Brixton market. Very easy walk to the tube, trains and buses. We bought Oyster cards at the tube station which made travel around Greater London seriously easy and efficient. The accommodation had everything we needed plus more. Heaps of books to read of that is your inclination - I found the range fascinating. The patio is a nice area to chill on those nice warm London afternoons. Shall stay here again when we return to London.

Theodoros was an amazing host, helped me with all my needs, had a cleaner refresh the flat for me, and the house is simply amazing. Really beautiful inside and out with some amazing art works on the walls! The house is close to some amazing parks and you can go anywhere with all the bus stops around! Perfect location for a nice rest but close to everything at the same time, definitely recommend!!
