Rubab and her husband are very very friendly. Best host i can say. The place is very nice and well maintained. Best place to live for married couples. highly recommended

We loved our stay here! Sarah and Simon are very sweet hosts and they had lots of good tips for exploring the area. The room was absolutely lovely and very clean. You have easy access to public transport and can also take beautiful walks through the leafy park. We will be staying here again when we return to London in the future!

Joanna and Steve are very kind happy and give you a positive vibe. They gave us useful information about London attractions and how to reach to them. The house is very clean and cozy, as it is describer, in a quiet area surrounded by trees, flowers and grass. There are a couple of markets around the house, and the bus station is near. I would be happy to get back anytime.

Such a calming, warm and friendly space & lady. Only women space is refreshing and so nice. The room had great facilities and such a cosy bed. Slept so well.

El alojamiento estuvo excelente, los anfitriones super atentos en todo momento. La habitación es justa para dos personas, la cama demasiado cómoda para descansar. La verdad que muy conforme con el alojamiento! Esta un poco alejado del centro de Londres pero hay una estacion a 4 cuadras con una linea directa a la estacion victoria que nos dejaba muy bien posicionados. Esta ubicado en una zona bastante comercial donde se puede comprar provisiones. Super recomendable!

Faz’s place was the epitome of value for money. Spacious place, perfect for three (in our case) and four people. Near the overground and the centre of Croydon (a little more that 10 minutes walk). One minor flaw. We were three guests and there were only two towels. Also the toilet was not very clean. Other than that, a very good spot!

Our hosts were fantastic, extremely helpful and fast response time. The property is absolutely beautiful as described, very clean, cosy and relaxing and peaceful and everything you need for a great stay is provided together with secure parking space provided and good transport links close by. Highly recommended.

Ich hatte mich sehr auf den Aufenthalt bei Daniel gefreut und bin nicht enttäuscht worden. Ich habe noch keinen Gastgeber erlebt, dem so am Herzen liegt, Gästen eine Freude zu machen und sich willkommen fühlen zu lassen. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich, das Bett perfekt, der Garten phantastisch zum Frühstücken, Bus (auf der anderen Straßenseite) und Bahn (in 15 Minuten erreichbar) ermöglichen Ausflüge in die Umgebung, nach London oder an die Küste (Brighton 45 Minuten). Als Gast habe ich vor Abreise wie gewohnt die Bettwäsche abgezogen und die Geschirrspülmaschine gestartet, aber zugegebenermaßen nicht, wie sonst, die ganze Wohnung hinterlassen, wie vorgefunden, weil man 64€ Reinigungsgebühr nicht gern verschenkt 😏 Den Aufenthalt in Daniels Wohnung würde ich Familie, Freunden und allen, die London lieben, aber etwas Abstand von der City zu schätzen wissen (das Beste aus beiden Welten) empfehlen 💯👍

Sam is an amazing host who is very easy to communicate with, had ensured that everything was at the best possible standard before and during our stay, and most of all, is very kind!! The place was clean and had everything that we needed to make our stay very comfortable, which included all listed amenities. The retro gaming decor added a cool touch to the place as well. Sam’s cat is very loveable and playful (and very cute)! Feeding instructions were clear and quite easy to follow. The photos on the place’s listing were accurate, apart from the kitchen which has recently been renovated; and hence look even better than before! Thank you so very much, Sam! 100% would have another stay here again!

We had a lovely stay at Cassie's apartment and can definitely recommend it for a long stay Pros: - Area. Nice residential quitet neighbourhood with good-looking two-story buildings with small gardens - Green. Streatham common park 5 mins away (park, garden, fields and café). Couple of small parks in a walking distance - Transport. Convenient transport links (bus stop right near the building, Streatham and West Norwood stations 20 mins walk, SL6 bus (£1.75 to Holborn)) - Clean and cosy. Flat has a cosy home-like style where you want to relax. Good taste design. New convenient bathroom and kitchen. Windows face two sides. - Appliances and little things. Flat has practically everything you might need during your stay and something extra.

Really lovely place to stay, compact and cute. Has everything you needed and was very clean. Close to bus stops to get to Purley or Croydon, also walking distance to Wallington with many amenities. I didn't want to leave

Lovely studio, just as described. . Short walk to East Croydon station making it easy to head into London or even off to Brighton for the day. Grocery nearby as well as plenty of food and entertainment options. Stephen was very helpful in leaving detailed information about the area and things to do. Very clean with all the amenities I needed. Very communicative. Not a single problem during my 7 night stay. Would definitely stay again!

Great place to stay. Nice spacious clean apartment. Comfortable living room and bedroom. Location near to railways stations. Just few mins walk from station, supermarket and bus stops. Good connectivity for major locations.

we stayed at Danusha's place for one night the minute I arrived i felt comfortable, the place was extremely clean tidy well equipped with everything that is needed and more small touches like board games cards a fan made it even better, i would 100% recommend and definitely stay again at Danusha's i also had the pleasure of meeting Danusha very briefly and she was absolutely lovely.

Maria was excellent, very responsive, great place. Not much light in the place because it’s right on the street, but if you don’t mind that, it’s perfect for a short stay.

This is an absolute gem of a place and location, with views right across the Darent Valley. I only wish we could have stayed longer! The place was spotless and everything had been perfectly prepared and very well thought through (from the local hand-drawn maps right down to the vast array of toiletries on offer). I can't think of a single thing to change or improve about the place. Diana was a lovely host and provided a lot of information prior to arrival. She had also found some suggestions of activities for us tailored to our interests, which was frankly above and beyond. We were very grateful and it was clear a lot of thought had been put in prior to our arrival. I could carry on for pages but in summary, we have already recommend the place to family and friends and we be pleased to offer our recommendation here too. Thank you, Diana, for such a lovely place to stay and we hope to be back soon!

We had a lovely stay at Alex’s home while we had my daughter’s wedding. . It’s very beautiful inside & was a joy to be in , I love the lay out & garden , the bathroom is stunning ! Super comfy bed with lovely linen . We’d go back as it’s very near my daughter & a great location.

I’ve enjoyed very much staying at her beautiful little Den. Everything is decorated finely amd with a lot of attention including the little garden! Beautiful parks such as the Rookery gardens and Tooting Commons are right next door to explore and neighbours friendly. Parking in the nearby streets is though not free anymore;-)
