You will have your own private entry, bedroom with queen bed, bathroom and living area with 65" 4K TV w/Surround sound speakers and reclining sofa. Like a apartment. CITY of THORNTON STR License #031582 *Note we are a family with children and a large dog that lives above the basement, so you will hear noise, occasional dog barking, playing and footsteps upstairs. We also do start our days quite early (6:30a).

Low (6’ 2”)ceilings. Low shower. The plumbing rumbles when the pump runs. Outdoor areas are the only shared areas. Family members may go out the side door at times. The unit is pet friendly, you can bring your animal. If you are allergic to pets/are over 5’10” the unit might not be a good fit.

There is a queen bed & a cot available, as well as ample street parking. All are welcome.
