Our 130 m2 family cottage is located in our renovated farm, quiet with views of the mountains of the Gliéres range. Suitable for many mountain activities, winter and summer (Nordic skiing, hiking, snowshoeing, mountain biking, trail running, pedal boating, paddle boarding, boating...) located in the center of the department between two lakes and close to the Gliéres plateau, Annecy (Chamonix, Grand Bornand, La Clusaz, Geneva, etc.) evenings, parties not allowed rental from Saturday to Saturday during school holidays

Very peaceful 42 m² cottage located in the middle of the mountains, ideal for relaxation. Annecy North tollbooth 15 minutes away. You can enjoy the resorts of La Clusaz and Grand-Bornand 20 km away, Lake Annecy 9 km away, and Thônes with its market 9 km away. Mountain hiking, walking and mountain biking on site. Playground, sports complex 1 km away (Bcp+ in my travel guide below). Induction cooktop, dishwasher, EV outlet, equipped garden, shelters, deckchair. Check-in at 4pm on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.

The ground floor has a light kitchen-dining area which leads directly to the south facing terrace with outdoor seating to contemplate the beauty and silence of the mountains. The chalet is equipped with underfloor heating, fibre optic WIFI, a WC, shower and stairs leading to a double bedroom. Private parking space.

The surroundings will delight athletes with its activities, as well as couples and families who love nature and tranquility. The village is ideally located, 15 minutes from Lake Annecy, 20 minutes from the city center and 30 minutes from the Aravis resorts, and at the start of the trails that lead to the surrounding mountains.

This bright, comfortable studio with mountain views is located between Annecy and Geneva. It's the perfect place for a vacation or work stay in Haute-Savoie. Quiet, in a green environment, it is a 3-minute drive from the highways (A 410) from the SNCF train station (Léman Express) and the center of the small town of La Roche sur Foron. It will allow you to diversify your discoveries: mountains, lakes, visits to the emblematic cities of Geneva, Annecy, Chamonix, Yvoire.

Located in the heart of the village of Petit Bornand, on the 1st floor of a house, with balcony and independent access. Right next door, 1 bakery, 1 grocery store, 1 pizzeria, 1 restaurant, 1 gas station. It consists of a living room with 2 double beds (1 double bed in height and 1 sofa bed), 1 equipped kitchen, 1 bathroom with shower and toilet.

Facing south, it enjoys beautiful light and a wooden terrace to enjoy the peaceful view of the Dents de Lanfon. Ideal for a couple, this cozy little nest is perfect for a holiday that is both sporty and relaxing, close to amenities. Although located next to our house, the vacation rental is completely independent and private.

Ideally located at the foot of Parmelan, 20 minutes from Lake Annecy and 30 minutes from the Plateau des Glières, a great Nordic ski site, 40 minutes from the alpine ski resorts (Grand Bornand, La Clusaz) and Geneva. Quiet and green environment, close to many hikes (Aravis, Bornes, Bauges). The bright 60 m2 apartment is upstairs in a house, with independent entrance, small balcony not overlooked.
