Come and relax in our fully renovated family home, between Annecy and Geneva . Enjoy hiking departures from the house . The accommodation offers a bucolic setting with its garden at the foot of the Sous Dine mountains. Parking 3 places. On the ground floor a kitchen , dining room living room with fireplace , toilet and laundry room . On the 1st floor, there is a bathroom (shower + bathtub + toilet) and a master bedroom with a dressing room. On the 2nd floor, 2 connecting bedrooms with double beds.

Also close to the Plateau des Glières (9 km), many hiking departures and a river to cool off in summer (4-minute walk). Annecy (20 km), Geneva (40 km), Aix-les-Bains (40 km), Chamonix (70 km).

The ground floor has a light kitchen-dining area which leads directly to the south facing terrace with outdoor seating to contemplate the beauty and silence of the mountains. The chalet is equipped with underfloor heating, fibre optic WIFI, a WC, shower and stairs leading to a double bedroom. Private parking space.

This south-facing T2 without elevator is on the second floor of a residence with a large terrace equipped to enjoy a meal or rest facing the Parmelan. A unique space of 64 m2 plus terrace and garden: Including: A 20 m2 studio with kitchenette, comfortable and practical sofa bed, rapido type, overlooking a 12 m2 terrace with panoramic views of the mountains and its Romantic garden. On the lower level, the 45 m2 spa area with Jacuzzi, sauna and large round bed for your nights in the magic of a plant decor, special care has been given to the materials including 2 basins cut from blocks of Carrara marble.

Cozy little cottage between Lake and Mountain

Small independent and cozy chalet, nestled between Lake Annecy and the peaks of the Aravis. Facing south, it enjoys beautiful light and a wooden terrace to enjoy the peaceful view of the Dents de Lanfon. Ideal for a couple, this cozy little nest is perfect for a holiday that is both sporty and relaxing, close to amenities. Although located next to our house, the vacation rental is completely independent and private.

Le Mazot étoilé (sunroof!)

This cabin is located in the middle of fruit trees and a huge vegetable garden! Poultry are free around (goose, duck, chicken) 🐤 The river is 30 seconds away with splendid views of the mountains. You have the option to fully open the roof above the bed to admire the stars, even in winter because I have a warm duvet that keeps the heat from the stove 🔥 Shared showers and toilets, 30 seconds from the accommodation.
