The chalet is an individual construction fully available and reserved for the guests. So are the terrace and the surroundings ( a small river, a private bridge and access to the forest ). The chalet is in the hamlet of Coupeau, in the forest above Les Houches, with exceptional views of Mont Blanc. It's a 5-minute drive to Les Houches, 10 minutes to Chamonix, and an hour to Geneva.

You can enjoy the resorts of La Clusaz and Grand-Bornand 20 km away, Lake Annecy 9 km away, and Thônes with its market 9 km away. Mountain hiking, walking and mountain biking on site. Playground, sports complex 1 km away (Bcp+ in my travel guide below). Induction cooktop, dishwasher, EV outlet, equipped garden, shelters, deckchair. Check-in at 4pm on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.

Notre chalet orienté sud ouest est situé au chef lieu de notre charmant petit village de Dingy St Clair. Il est totalement indépendant avec son jardin, sa terrasse et son parking privatif. Il peut accueillir jusqu'à 3 voyageurs (1 lit deux places et 1 canapé convertible). Un hamac vient compléter l'aménagement pour un moment de détente. Small cottage in the charming village of Dingy-Saint-Clair, between lake and mountain at the foot of the Parmelan plateau, near a small river. The surroundings will delight athletes with its activities, as well as couples and families who love nature and tranquility. The village is ideally located, 15 minutes from Lake Annecy, 20 minutes from the city center and 30 minutes from the Aravis resorts, and from the trails that lead to the surrounding mountains.

Escape to our small, cozy, independent cottage, nestled quietly between Lake Annecy and the peaks of the Aravis. Facing south, it enjoys beautiful light and a wooden terrace to enjoy the peaceful view of the Dents de Lanfon. Ideal for a couple, this cozy little nest is perfect for a holiday that is both sporty and relaxing, close to amenities. Although located next to our house, the vacation rental is completely independent and private.
