Wonderful! Possibility of hiking from the chalet, on foot or with snowshoes that we can lend you. Small lists of summer or winter hikes are available as well as information on the many local activities.

Our 64 m2 apartment (main residence that we rent during our absences) is 20 minutes by transport from the famous Lake Annecy and 15 minutes from the ski resorts of La Clusaz and Grand-Bornand. From the apartment, all local shops are within a 5-minute walk. You also have access to multiple hiking and mountain biking trails, equestrian center, tree climbing, via ferata, museum, swimming pool, mini-golf, tennis, fishing...
