The presentation of the place is accurate down to the smallest detail. The apartment was clean and tidy and was fully equipped with various everyday items used: kitchen appliances, two coffee makers, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, extra cover, hdmi cable for TV, slippers for guests, bathroom supplies and more. The communication with the owner was easy and direct. He was friendly and cooperative.

Absolutely fantastic apartment and really quiet. As we walked in we felt right at home. The apartment looks exactly like the pictures and the view is beautiful. There are restaurants within a 2 min walking distance and there is a supermarket 3 mins away. To get to the center is super easy, by car, Uber or bus. It’s only 10 mins away. We will definitely be coming back and highly recommend!

I'm glad we were the first guests in this spacious and very bright location. The biggest advantage is the location, being very close to the beach. The host is very welcoming, and the apartment is well laid out and has an attractive design. I highly recommend it and we will definitely come back in the summer!

Our stay at the apartment was great! The view was truly breathtaking — every morning and evening we enjoyed the scenery as if we were in a postcard. The house was made with very quality materials and the attention to detail was everywhere, from the decor to the comfort of the spaces. The communication with the host was impeccable — always prompt, friendly, and willing to help with anything we needed. A really great place we'll definitely revisit

The space is spotless, tastefully decorated and cared for in detail, with the ability to accommodate a family of four. It is in a quiet location and access to the city center is easy. The host with a friendly attitude responded promptly to all our communications. I am very happy with our stay at home and would highly recommend it to a friend of mine. What surprised me is the balcony. Double bigger than what is shown in the photo, in the coolness of which I enjoyed my morning coffees. I believe I made a great choice.

This place is amazing. What you get is more than what you see in the pictures - it's spacious, well-furnished, has a huge balcony that one can relax on all day long because it's shaded, and is close to the center of Epanomi and Epanomi beach (12 minutes' drive away). Our kids loved watching Netflix and playing games (chess , Monopoly) but also tried climbing the wall in one of the bedrooms. We loved the parking space below the building, the two bathrooms, the fact that the hosts replied promptly to our enquiries, and numerous amenities the apartment is provided with (freezer, dishwasher, washing machine). We could have spent a month on our vacation as this place feels like home.

Everything was perfect, I spent 10 dream days. The location is easy to find and the host Rian is extremely polite and responds immediately to any need of the tourist. The beach is alive and the surrounding restaurants are perfect. We were 5 people and a dog and it was wonderful. We have been going to Greece for over 15 years, almost every summer, but the Rian house location is by far one of the coolest. As a conclusion, I strongly recommend Rian House, you will certainly be pleasantly surprised and will come back. Thank you Rian for everything!

The accommodation is very quiet, equipped with everything you could possibly need. The surroundings are relatively quiet, within walking distance there is a good restaurant and a snack bar. More going down by the sea is of course more going on. Kostas is a super host. Very friendly and responds immediately to messages. Absolutely recommend!

We were a family with 3 generations in the Cozy Family House and loved it. Our 3-year-old granddaughter and our family dog Leo felt comfortable on the property and in the house from the start. Although our arrival time was extremely late, our hosts warmly welcomed us and surprised us with a filled fridge and freshly cooked traditional food. The beds are very comfortable and the kitchen is equipped with everything you could think of. The "wild" beach is a 5-minute walk. This beach section is little used, it goes flat into the water and is good for children. Unfortunately, it is not maintained, so there is garbage lying around. A little further on you will find a beach section with beach bars, there are sun loungers and parasols, the use is mostly free if drinks are ordered. Dear Stavroula, We thank you and your dear parents for the lovely stay.

The place is good for a short 1-2 day stay. The absence of a kitchen is a major oversight. However, adequate equipment such as towels, breakfast, bottled water, small pharmacy and essentials were provided. It also has functional air conditioning and a pay TV. It was clean and well cared for. Evangelini was helpful and kind, providing all the necessary information. The location was ideal, walking distance to One Salonica mall and other places of interest.
