We "ZurMelberi" live in the recreational area "Franconian Lake District." If you like it quiet and yet want to reach the lake landscape quickly, you have come to the right place. Our village belongs to the town of Spalt, which is 7 km away. The air-conditioned attic apartment in studio design is equipped with two double beds for max. 4 people from 18 years. There are direct hiking (including the Jakobsweg) and cycling trails from us. Shared use of the pool is possible at any time. A private terrace is available.

The property is located at the forest. Two doors lead to the terrace and garden. The heart of the garden is the outdoor kitchen and outdoor living room with plenty of cozy seating. There is also an outdoor shower. Shopping facilities (Edeka) is in the immediate vicinity (300m). The train station is about 500m away. To the Brombachsee they create it in 5 min (car) Hiking and walking trails start directly at the house Golf course and rodel track within walking distance. Perfect for families!

Beautiful, very clean and lovingly furnished apartment in a central location. Everything you need as a family: fully equipped kitchen with all utensils, coffee, iron, ironing board, WiFi, newly renovated, hygienic bathroom. The landlady was extremely friendly and responded to every question immediately – great contact! The sleeping area in the roof niche is cozy and popular with children, but unfortunately too hot to sleep in the summer, as the heat accumulates and there is no window for air circulation. The couch in the living room was then a good replacement. Bakery right next door (very tasty), but noisy in the early morning due to delivery traffic – better to close the window. Good restaurants (Italian, hotel restaurant, ice cream parlor,...) just a few steps away. Parking in front of the house is possible for a short time, large free parking lot with charging station 3 minutes away. Very pleasant stay – clear recommendation! Thank you for this super nice stay.

Very nice fully fitted apartment. Especially in the kitchen, nothing is missing, even a coffee machine with coffee pods was available! Gladly again and again.

The apartment is clean, modern and well equipped. We felt very comfortable. The hostess was very friendly and proactively contacted us. Overall, everything was great.

Dear Max and dear Gabi, thank you for a wonderful and relaxing time in your little paradise. We felt very comfortable from the first minute and are guaranteed to come back. Such a warm welcome, the apartment and the garden lovingly furnished and maintained, you both always mindful of our well-being, we really lacked nothing.

The laundry area features a washing machine and a tumble dryer positioned alongside a radiator. A drying rack stands nearby, while a basket for laundry is placed in a corner. Natural light enters through a small window, illuminating the tiled floor.
