Our best Airbnb find! We had an amazing week at Red Hare Barn - it’s such a beautiful find in a peaceful location whilst still close to all the tourist highlights of the Suffolk coastline. Paul and Vanessa were so welcoming and helpful throughout our stay - from suggesting an early check-in, so we could make the most of the sunshine, to recommending off-lead beaches to walk our Labrador (a keen swimmer!) The barn itself is spacious, immaculately clean and very cosy! It is well-equipped with everything you could need for a family or couples stay, so much so that we stayed in most evenings and enjoyed the relaxing space. The enclosed garden, full of spring potted flowers and sun loungers to enjoy an afternoon cuppa was also a highlight! Plus enclosed garden and parking just outside. Our daughter is already asking us to rebook so we’ll be keeping our eyes peeled for spring/summer 2026 dates! Thank you Paul and Vanessa.

Had a great 3 nights at the Snug after attending a wedding locally at Bruisyard. Everything we needed was there, the bed is so comfy and we loved the skylight. Beautiful flowers in the garden and thanks for the Lindt Easter bunnies in the fridge - nice touch! Super cool pub at the end of the road, wish we'd had more time to spend there. Nicola was really helpful and communicative from start to finish. Thank you!

Gillian's little garden pod is a perfect place for one or two people to stay for a few days. I stayed for 3 of the coldest days in January and the pod was toasty warm and really cosy. It has everything required for a comfortable short break and is ideally situated for exploring the unspoiled Suffolk coastline. Gillian was there to welcome me upon arrival and advised me of Leiston's local amenities and also recommended what to see and do in the area. Gillian was excellent with her communication before and during my stay and was also very respectful of her guests privacy and independence. A great few days in a beautiful area and a place I definitely recommend.

We absolutely loved our weekend in the Old Stable, it is such a beautiful conversion; cosy and comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped, and having breakfast out on the patio, while watching the birds, was food for the soul. Mandy was a fantastic host. From the level of information there is around things to do and see and where to eat, it is clear that she cares about her guests getting the best out of their stays.
