Monthly Rentals in Theater District, Manhattan

Nat and his team were extremely helpful and nice. The instructions were clear. Great value for money, all things considered (sharing bathrooms was much less of a problem than what I first thought, because you have many of them available). Sam, the building superintendent, was always kind and available. The neighborhood is pretty expensive, but you are in walking distance from great places.

The apartment is located on 51st Street, 7th Avenue, in a great location, and is very easy to get around. Whether it's Times Square, Macy's, Central Park, the New York Public Library, Grand Central Station, Penn Station, St. Patrick's Cathedral, or many museums and churches, and the luxurious Fifth Avenue, everything is within walking distance. The Metropolitan Museum is also close by. The subway station is just next to the building, and all subway stations and train stations are very close, so you can go anywhere. There is a wide variety of food downstairs, American, Korean, Chinese, and the streets are full of desserts and ice cream. It can greatly satisfy your spirit and taste buds. The room is clean and tidy, equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, etc. The host is responsible and replies promptly. Our communication was very smooth. The building has 24-hour security and a front desk. It is safe and reliable. No matter how late you come back, they will wait for you here. All of this made my trip especially enjoyable and wonderful. I will come back again and will recommend it to my friends, because everything: the host, building management, reception, security, property, cleaning staff are all very friendly, we all deserve to have all of this. Stayed here for a month. Had everything I was looking for. Location in midtown is perfect. We walked to Richard Rodgers Theatre (Hamilton). Great restaurants/delis. As far as the apartment. Doormen were friendly and helpful. Safe area. The shower is amazing. Bed very comfortable and the sectional sofa was perfect for me to work on my laptop during the day. Chia would text periodically to see if there was anything I needed. A really great stay. I’ll stay here again.

This apartment is perfect for a long stay—it has everything you need for day-to-day living. We only had to buy our regular groceries, and that was it! We arrived with six bags, and everything fit perfectly in the walk-in closet. The apartment is spacious and gets indirect sunlight throughout the day. The neighborhood is safe, with gyms, bars, diners, Target, pharmacies, and nail salons all within walking distance. Communication with Shai was excellent—he always responded quickly to our questions. Overall, we had a great experience during our 33-day stay. Highly recommend!
