House vacation rentals in The Hague

The house of Marlieke and her family is actually even nicer than the pictures! The view of the countryside is just amazing! In addition, the fridge was full of drinks, butter, rolls, croissants, cheese, milk and a lot of eggs from our own chickens and more. In addition, Marlieke provided us with a huge fruit basket, we were able to squeeze fresh O-juice for breakfast, wonderful! This is not self-evident, we actually lacked nothing. Marlieke was incredibly hospitable and gave us many valuable excursion tips. The highlight for the children (3 and 6 years) was the rabbits and chickens that they were allowed to feed every day. In addition, Marlieke provided a lot of toys for them, so there was never boredom. Furthermore, there is a washer and dryer, which was very convenient. The house is absolutely clean and totally cozy, we just felt completely comfortable!

We had a wonderful stay. The house was clean, and the possibility to easily book another person helped us a lot. A highlight was the absolute tranquility and proximity to the water – minutes away, perfect for relaxing! Also the bikes in the shed were a great bonus for a little exploration. A small note for future guests: Unfortunately, there was no wood for the stove on site, and we needed a few attempts to get some. It is best to drive directly to the hardware store, which is about 15 minutes away. In addition, the stairs to the upper floor and bedrooms are quite steep and narrow, which may be good for dog owners who can't even take their dog on their arms. Overall, we can only recommend the house – it has everything you need for a relaxing break!

We had a wonderful stay and felt very comfortable. The surrounding area is very picturesque. The house is really well decorated, very modern and very comfortable. Everything is great, happy to come again!!

One of the best AirBnBs I have stayed in, great place with plenty of room and everything that youu need. great back door to the Dyke and a nice yard for bikes etc. Nice touch having filtered water direct from the tap, also a fridge/freezer with ice maker. All in all a great cottage ad highly recommended.

Our host was incredibly nice and reactive. We definitely recommend her and her amazing house on the lac. The views and nature are stunning. We had so many beautiful activities (boat with a licence, free kayac, Gouda visits and museum, walks and bykes, restaurants). Clearly I have fallen in love with the region

We spontaneously booked the accommodation for four nights as a family with two children (14 and 16 years) and immediately had a very nice contact with the hosts. The cottage is accessible by a boat, with which we made great excursions in beautiful nature to the lake. It was a wonderful living close to nature with great relaxation and lots of fun also for the kids. Highly recommend!

A very cozy vacation home with everything you need and much more. We particularly enjoyed the fact that the beach is within walking distance. There are many nice beach bars!

An outstanding holiday let, we loved it. The setting was beautiful with views across the fields, great cycling/walking on the doorstep, and everything had been thought of inside to make a really comfortable and easy stay. Jan is a wonderful host! We stayed for a month and felt right at home. My son especially loved the spacious garden with the trampoline, swing and also enjoyed the books, toys, and more. The location is perfect—peaceful and quiet, yet close to the beach, the national park, grocery stores, and everything you need. We hope to return soon to relax, enjoy some BBQ, and soak up the sun. This was a perfect place to stay for our three weeks in Utrecht. Jochem’s place is bright and spacious, a lovely place to be and right in the heart of the city. We loved being able to walk the few minutes to the canal, shops, cafes, and restaurants. Jochem himself is a fabulous host - so welcoming and helpful. We really appreciated how he went out of his way to make our time there comfortable.

A very warm welcome, a quaint cottage with everything we needed on a generous plot that we had access to all of it. Bus stop close by making it easy to visit Gouda and beautiful location. Conchita the host was very friendly but kept away but was easily found with information when we needed it. Carina’s beach home was lovely. It was right next to the grocery store and less than 5 minutes to the beach and many restaurants. It is also right at the start of the tulip parade which we came for (super convenient with our small children!). It is near several tulip farms as well. It was super convenient. The outdoor space was private, the apartment was clean, and it had plenty of room. The beds were soft and the location was surprisingly quiet. We all were able to sleep in! Carina was super kind and allowed us to check in a little early. She made us feel very welcome and comfortable. Highly recommend
