You can view the many types of water birds and even the Kingfisher and the Cormorant come to catch a fish every now and then. The water is of very good quality and you can swim from the boat. You can also rent an electrically powered rowing boat from us to explore the area from the water.

In 2023 the exterior will be (partly) equipped with another paint color. The ark is ready to offer guests a temporary home.

It is beautifully situated: on a quiet, spacious park (Sollasi), 2 km from the beach, near a recreational lake and close to cosy villages and cities (such as Noordwijk, Zandvoort, Leiden, Haarlem, Amsterdam and The Hague). So plenty to do but also lovely to "come home" to after a day at the beach or an outing.

It features a modern kitchen, a living room, three bedrooms, underfloor heating on the ground floor, and a fenced garden. Linen, towels and energy costs are included. Guests pay a tourist tax of €2.50/guest/night upon check-in.
